Worked with Chris on buying the Q5. He was very helpful in getting the exact car that my wife wanted. Went to other dealerships before here and this was by far the experience we have ever had. In early August, I purchased a 1999 Honda Civic from your dealership for my daughter for her first year in college. I always thought it was a myth that car salesmen take advantage of females but now I know dealership for my daughter for her first year in college. The car looked great for it's age and I purchased it knowing that it had failed VA inspection since it needed tires and wiper blades. The manager agreed to drop the price of the vehicle from $3750 to $3500. My salesman even went to KBB's website and showed me the blue book value @ somewhere around $3300. I also was aware that I would be on my own to get it MD inspected since we reside in MD. Well, tires ended up costing me $315 and when I took it through MD inspection, I was told it needed rear breaks - that cost me $165. This was an unexpected expense that I was forced to incur. Additionally, I later discovered that the car needed an oil change! I am very disappointed as I stated that this car was purchased for my daughter for college out of state. I am appalled that a car would be sold, knowing that it needed brakes and an oil change. Thank God nothing happened to my daughter while driving the car. So do car salesmen still take advantage of the female shopper? YOU BETCHA! More
I recommend the dealership for the quality of work, but not for the service experience. They are not very customer-focused. It's nearly impossible to get a reliable estimate on the time that your car wil not for the service experience. They are not very customer-focused. It's nearly impossible to get a reliable estimate on the time that your car will actually be ready. In my two experiences so far, I arrived when I was told my car would be ready and it wasn't ready. I had to make several calls to get a status on my car. Worst of all, the hold up always seems to be the car wash. They aren't even required to wash to my car and I assume they are washing it to provide customer satisfaction, but instead it just makes me angry. They tell me my car will be ready in 30 minutes and an hour later it still hasn't been washed. Can't they hire some more people to wash cars with the prices that Audi charges? Are they washing them by hand with buckets? I've never experienced a problem like this with the other luxury cars that I've owned previously. More

I wanted to get a sense of what I could find in my price range, and I lucked into Django on the lot. He gave me exactly the kind of feedback I was hoping for. Terence Wilson’s professionalism, expertise, and assistance throughout the whole process was extraordinary. From the very beginning, he assisted us with selecting the vehicle and tailoring the options to fit our needs. He kept us informed throughout the ordering process as new information was made available to him. Finally, when the vehicle arrived he spent a significant amount of time educating us on the many features of the Q7 and answered all of our questions. The other individuals who I interfaced with at the dealership were also extremely friendly and knowledgeable – Joseph, Ronnie, and Brian to name a few. The vehicle itself is absolutely amazing and exceeded my already high expectations. Working with such a great team of individuals was the icing on the cake. All in all, I would (and already have) strongly recommend Terence and Audi of Tysons to anyone in the market for an Audi. More
I went into Audi of Tyson's Corner after seeing a 2 year old S4 listed online the day before. Knowing that these cars tend to go quickly, especially with low miles like this, I arrived and asked for a Sale old S4 listed online the day before. He was very knowledgeable of the car I was looking at, even though it had only arrived the day before. After taking a test drive, we discussed the sale. The entire time, Mr. Emelev was courteous, friendly, and never pushy. After agreeing on a price, there was some time to kill as paperwork was prepared, and we talked about cars in general. He knows a lot about every make and model we discussed, and I was very impressed with the breadth of his information. I would not hesitate to do business with Audi of Tyson's Corner again. Nothing against the other employees (the Sales manager Kevin Boykin was also extremely helpful and friendly), but I would prefer to work with Roma again if given the chance. More
