I purchased a used Audi A4 in Nov 2012. Unfortunately was AS IS. The sales person said it had gone through an extensive multi point inspection and was found to have no issues. The next day after we took it h AS IS. The sales person said it had gone through an extensive multi point inspection and was found to have no issues. The next day after we took it home the Check Engine light came on. We called and since vehicle was AS IS we had no recourse. Also we soon discovered radio and A/C doesn't work, and back windows only can be controlled by driver. It was our fault for not checking everything ourselves but we trusted their reputation. Please if you purchase a used vehicle have your mechanic inspect before purchasing. The sales person was nice and helpful and I understand his hands were tied in regards to AS IS policy. I just am disappointed the mechanical faults with the car were not disclosed. I would not anyone to have to go through the costs associated with the repairs. More

I went to this dealership expecting to all the typical power games of car buying. What I experienced was much, much better. I was greeted professionally and quickly introduced to Mae, who didn't bat an eye when I explained that I would be buying at the pre-negotiated rates from USAA (essentially True-Car "Target Price" that equated to invoice price in the case of my A-5). She patiently worked with me (and my two fidgety girls) over three days, allowing me to drive four different new and used cars as I refined my choice. They had another pricing promotion going on at the same time, and when Mae was unavailable to work with me her assistant salesman talked me through that promotion, mistakenly promising me both USAA invoice price...and the additional $1500 incentive. This is where this dealership proved its integrity an earned my loyalty: The next day when I was executing the sale the dealership recognized its error - and after a few minutes of hand wringing, her sales manager (Paul Jun) decided to stand by their word and sell to me at a loss. You do not find that level of integrity in many places these days. If that's the kind of straight dealing you are looking for, go see these folks. Other dealers may be equally honest, but I haven't found them yet. More

Walked in with my in-laws looking for certified pre-owned Q5's. As we waited, we went to see the new Q5's with Mr. Chris Ross. I was deeply impressed with this gentleman's knowledge of the car, level of serv Q5's. As we waited, we went to see the new Q5's with Mr. Chris Ross. I have not experienced this level of service before either here or overseas. I absolutely recommend anyone interested in buying an Audi to visit this store and ask for Mr. Chris Ross. This gentleman should be nominated for best customer service award within all the Audi dealerships in America. Go see for yourself... Mr. Ross, stayed with us well after dealership hours, arranging paperwork, making sure all was in order. He explained how the car works and gave us a very comprehensive tutorial for all the gadgets inside. I sent several e-mails and had few phone conversations with the Sales Representative, Rama Emelev, and the Sale’s Manager, Kevin Boykins. As of today, May 20, I still have not received the original registration as well as the Owner’s Manual. This is unacceptable! More
