I bought a 2014 Audi A5 S-Line from Audi of Tysons Corner, VA. I had inquired online about purchasing an A5. I have been in the market for 1.5 years and knew exactly what I wanted. Daytona Gray S-Line, Sports Competition Package, with Nav, Bluetooth, and the wheels that come with the Black Optic package. Immediately after inquiring, Emilio Garcia, sales rep at Tysons contacted me. When I told him what I was looking for he immediately went to work and found the car the same day. He is professional, thorough, and will make things happen. For example, I had to travel from Arlington to Tysons on Metro and Emilio picked me up at the nearest Metro stop. I could’ve rented a car or used a taxi - but he insisted on picking me up. Second, I was disappointed that I couldn’t get the black optic titanium grey wheels with the S-Line, Sports Competition Package. Emilio was able to work with Sam Alimi (manager) and swapped them out with the wheels I wanted. Essentially making my vehicle a custom car. Other dealerships said it wouldn’t be possible but Emilio made it happen. If that isn’t enough - the swap had to be done the day after I had purchased the car due to the Service dept being closed. Emilio came in on his day off to ensure the exchange went smoothly and supervised the process. He went above and beyond and was determined to get me the best deal. I’m sure other sales reps are good too, but from my experience I will go back to Emilio for future business. If you are in the market for an Audi, go see him today! Sam also provided great service. He was determined to make my purchase a good one. He came over to explain the wheel swap and did at his own cost and waived the transfer fee for my vehicle. The next day while I was getting the wheels changed, Sam explained to me their sales philosophy and it sealed my loyalty to their dealership. Roma Emelev worked the numbers for me. When we spoke about finance, he made it possible for me to not go into a negative equity scenario. I’ve purchased cars before and this is the first time someone has taken the time to really search for the best option. He made it extremely competitive and honestly the best finance deal I’ve had in my 22 years of driving. He also was very clear about various warranties and packages. Didn’t push anything, just simply explained each one and spent time on the most noteworthy. Without Roma’s work, I would not be driving my dream Audi. I can’t thank him enough. I have not used the service dept except for the wheel exchange. I do have an appointment on Monday so I will discuss that experience later but for now I can say it went smoothly and they look awesome! For the meantime, if you are looking or just browsing Audi’s - call Audi of Tyson’s and work with Emilio. This was a very positive experience for me as this is my first new car purchase. I chose this dealer because they had the biggest inventory of the model I desired. I was surprised that the exact interior and exterior section i wanted was on-site. I was greeted by the nearest salesperson as I walked in the dealership - Shane Lee. Shane was able to answer all of my questions regarding the car. He did not attempt to steer me to a different model and explained every feature as we took the test drive and before I left the lot with the new car. Shane also worked with me to obtain the a price that I felt very satisfied with based on Internet searches and comparison sites. Shane explained the sales process completely so I also understood how the financing process worked. The finance group was solid as well and worked with me to get the monthly payment in a target range that was better than I projected. Shane also made sure I took everything useful out of my old car before heading off in the new vehicle. As I reviewed the owner's manual, i was surprised that Shane was able to easily recall all of this information while I was at the dealer. More

Mr. Shane Lee was the most cordial, professional and well rounded salesman I have ever had the pleasure of working with. When I think of a dealer/car salesman who truly went the extra mile for me, Shane tru rounded salesman I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He worked with me on the type of model, by answering my questions in a concise, detailed manner which was easy for me to understand. Furthermore, his in-depth knowledge of the product, in this case the 2014 Audi a4, far superseded my expectations. He never once made me feel pressured and even went as far as to making sure my 5 yr. old son was comfortable (as we know how bored they can be while we adults are in the negotiation process). As far as price is concerned, he BY FAR exceeded my expectation, making sure I received maximum value for my trade in, ensuring all my needs as far as "add-ons" were included, and got me a price lower than I was expecting to pay... INCREDIBLE! I will highly recommend him to my friends, family, strangers, you name it.
