I was extremely impressed with my experience. From the moment I called the dealership, Mr. Shane Lee was VERY PROFESSIONAL and helped me find exactly what I wanted. Mr. Lee made me feel good again. (for I had very bad experience last time I was in a car showroom). When the car came promptly Mr. Lee sent pictures, called me and had the car detailed. I had applied for credit online so when I arrived with my wife, the whole process took less than one hr. I am very happy with my new "TOY" Mr. Lee gets a triple AAA+ one of the best representative in the car industry. I bought Audi 2009 Q5, last year in 2013 Feb, which is a certified car and which seemed good from outside, had no problems till June 2013 when my tyre was loosing air, which is when went to them to check th certified car and which seemed good from outside, had no problems till June 2013 when my tyre was loosing air, which is when went to them to check the wheel and make sure it is corrected. Then service manager told me that wheel is damaged and is bent, after which I had to go out of country to look after my father who is critically ill, now when I took car for servicing and when asked them to repair the bent wheel, they claim that wheel is completely damaged and can't be repaired any more. As it being a certified car and being bought car from the same dealer asked them to replace the wheel as they have sold the car with bent wheel. they claim that there is no proof that wheel is bent at the time vehicle is sold and they are trying to bluff me with a sick behaviour. It is very much surprising to see a dealer of brand like Audi is trying to cheat people like this. Even customer care representative from Audi openly said that they will support Dealers in this case, means there is no value for customers??? we being customers are being throwed off once we bought the car..... How cheap it is for such a brand with out any values and care for the customer....... In this case if I continue to drive this car with wheel being in a such worst condition I openly declare if anything happens to me or car because of this bent wheel it is very much responsibility of Audi Tyson's corner dealer and Audi Customer support who holds this to me... My experience with this Audi dealer was great and the customer service given by Tim Carey was exceptional. I came into the dealership and what I wanted was no longer available. Tim gave me other options which were just as great as what I came in to buy. I was glad my time did not go to waste. I also love how he followed up with me to make sure everything was going smooth as this was my first Audi purchase. He also checked in with me periodically due to the fact that I don't live in Virginia and the laws are slightly different when purchasing a used vehicle out of state. I absolutely recommend this dealership as well as Tim for a sales person. He will make sure you are taken care of! More
I rated this dealership very high on customer service solely on my experience with Ben Vater. Mr. Vater is the ultimate professional in his industry. Unlike most sales professionals, he did not at any point put any pressure on me to purchase a vehicle; he was careful to respect my needs and showed me ALL inventory that he thought would meet my requirements (even the ones that are in the warehouse where I saw the car I purchased). His technical competence & experience is unparalleled being an aerospace engineer from Germany. Who else is more qualified to explain German engineering than a German engineer, right? After the purchase, I called him on his cell at numerous occasions regarding some unfamiliar technical operations & issues with the car and he was always very helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. He definitely made a pleasant impression on my car-buying experience. Mr. Kevin ..., the Manager was also very pleasant & helpful and provided excellent customer service. As for the other aspects of my experience with the dealership, they were just average or below average. More

We just bought Audi Q5 2014 at this dealership and we had a fantastic overall experience. We were weighing between Mercedes GLK and Audi Q5. Both are great cars but overall experience of Q5 won us ove a fantastic overall experience. We were weighing between Mercedes GLK and Audi Q5. Both are great cars but overall experience of Q5 won us over. Our sales rep was Emilio Garcia. He was very friendly but very professional. He took time to answer all our questions. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. For example we had questions about how our iPhones will sync with the vehicle. Even during the test drive when we had not purchased the vehicle, he synced up our phone and showed us how easy it will be. There is another example of how customer friendly Emilio is. We first test drove the Q7. Our concern was that it might not fit in our garage. He actually brought the car to our driveway, parked it in our garage. It was a very tight fit so we ended up with the Q5 but I remembered this kind gesture when I was reached by other Audi dealers. I declined their overtures and I bought the car from Emilio. Price negotiations, which I was dreading, was handled very professionally. Overall this was my best experience of all car dealers I have dealt in the past. More
My experience began with a phone call to Audi of Tysons Corner, looking for information about pre-owned cars vs leased or new cars. My husband and I were in the process of seriously looking at a 2011 BMW Corner, looking for information about pre-owned cars vs leased or new cars. My husband and I were in the process of seriously looking at a 2011 BMW M3 convertible and I was totally turned off by the horrible miles per gallon that car got. I had been interested in the Audi S5 for a while and thought I should look into it further. I happened to get a lovely young man on the phone named Shane Lee. He was incredibly patient and informative, answering my myriad of questions with vast knowledge of the Audi product. He was neither pushy nor patronizing, but helped me come to the decision that I needed to come with my husband to the dealership right away to learn more about the S5 before we made the mistake of buying the pre-owned BMW. I made an appointment for us to come to see him the following day at 5:00 PM. At 8:00 PM we left the dealership having leased a gorgeous S5 Cabriolet, which we would gleefully pick up a few days later. Shane did a wonderful job; we actually enjoyed the whole interaction, a first in dealing with a car dealership. We are looking forward to a pleasant relationship with Shane and with Audi of Tysons Corner. More
