I dont like this audi service center because I had sign on paper I thought it was for my brake check only no they add tire change. Moreover the manager is threatning me that he will not release my car without pavement. This is stupid manager. Dont know how to do business. We did not have any intentions of purchasing a vehicle that day. We were just looking and test-driving. However, the young man that helped us (Shane Lee) was so personable and knowledgeable about the Audi product that he captured our attention and helped us to decide exactly what Audi vehicle we really wanted. Shane Lee is the kind of sales person you want to work with when buying a vehicle. He did not try to sell us something we did not want and he had so much patience and kindness in the way he treated us. We told Shane what we were willing to pay for the car and what our range was for a monthly payment. Then we told him the car we wanted. He took our offer to his management and they worked the deal. They stayed with us and prepared all the documents and the car as quickly as possible. All I can say is I am totally happy with the purchase and how we were treated during the buying process. I can honestly say it was an enjoyable experience and I give all the credit to Shane Lee for providing unparalleled customer service, attention to detail and follow-up. He is the best!!!
