It took 4 months with the issues with my new 2017 A4. My garage door in my newly built house could not be programmed and whenever it rained the car's alarms activated and lights flashed continuously. The dealership was unresponsive to my emails and voice mails and documented evidence of the issues I was experiencing with my new car, and I had to get assistance from corporate for them to even address my concerns. As a black female buyer, I firmly believe that this dealership practiced racial and gender bias with its interaction with me. The research clearly shows that there are not a lot of black people who own Audis, and now I know why. The service department did not know how to resolve my car issues and made no attempts to do anything to my satisfaction. Even now as I am picking up my car, I am overwhelmed with having these issues arise again with my car when I drive off. I am fearful of returning to this dealership after my current dealings and interactions with them, and definitely after my review. It took 4 months of reporting the issues to Audi Tyson personnel, of me emailing evidence and documenting my experience in writing, and I am fearful that the issues will remain or new issues will surface with this new 2017 A4 that I purchased October 2017. When asked by my clients, coworkers, family, friends and strangers who come up to me to compliment my car and who ask me about my experience with Audi as a whole and with this dealership in particular, I intend to be honest and forthright with my comments and opinion. I will definitely advise them NOT to purchase an Audi vehicle. I will advise them to NOT patronize this dealership. I will advise them on the ongoing issues that I experienced with my brand new car upon delivery. I will advise them of the blatant disregard of my issues with my new Audi car even when provided with video evidence of the issues. Unfortunately, my first experience and impression with Audi car and Audi Tyson has been the absolute worse experience and impression in my life. I wish that I had returned to my BMW dealership to purchase a second BMW instead, as my experience, dealings and interactions with BMW, by comparison, has been flawless. It is totally unacceptable that you feel that you have the right to treat customers in such a shabby way. It is unacceptable that you feel so empowered to ignore black clients and female clients. I will absolutely make it my mission to warn other black people and other females who I know and who I come across to stay away from Audi vehicles and stay away from the Audi Tyson dealership, and to consider buying another make of car other than Audi. I will not purchase another Audi, and I am so sorry that I did. I am equally sorry that I had any interactions with Audi Tysons. If you are black, do not purchase an Audi vehicle. Save yourself the stress and grief and purchase another make of car. More

After visiting 4 different Audi dealerships in the DMV we decided to make our purchase from Audi Tysons Corner because of how sincere and accommodating Driton was from the very beginning. This is our second Audi and if it wasn't for Driton we would have made the wrong decision and go with a BMW. The experience the first time was horrible, to say the least, and luckily because of the VW Emissions Scandal I was able to end the lease early on my A3 TDI and put that in the past. Driton was personable and I could immediately tell that his main focus was to put us in a vehicle that we really wanted and not just push us into a quick purchase like we experienced at every other Audi dealership we went to. We are eager to end the lease on our second vehicle so we can work with Driton again on getting our next vehicle with Driton, wherever he may be. More

The sales man, the general manager and the finance person all told me the truck was in good shape and could pass inspection and last forever. The truck couldn't pass inpection windshield chips, poor brakes, poor shocks and sruts, 8 bad spark plugs, 6 bad coil packs,and a major problem a cam phaser.I told the finance man the truck would pass inspection and all he offered was more 30 day tags. They sold me an extended warranty that does not cover anything for 2000. The truck had to sit until I fixed most of the problems just to be able to get legal tags. I will never buy another car here again or tell anybody I know to even look at there dealership. I expected more from a high end car dealer but found out the hard way can't trust anyone. RUINED MY CREDIT SCORE THANKS TO THEIR MISTAKE I leased a car from this dealer. One year later we started receiving notifications in the mail for toll violations for hundreds of dollars. We were re I leased a car from this dealer. One year later we started receiving notifications in the mail for toll violations for hundreds of dollars. We were really confused since the car in the pictures was a different model and the license plate did not match with mine. After doing some research it turns out when Audi Tysons registered my car at the DMV they gave me the wrong license plate and for a year I drove my car with the dealer's plate while my plate was being used by the dealer on their loner cars. I asked the dealer not to use the plates while my name was associate with it but I don't think they did and kept getting toll violation notices. In the meantime, Audi at Tysons did not want to help us solve the issue even though it was their mistake. We kept calling, emailing and talking to different people but nobody wanted to help. Every time we called Tysons they either hang up the phone or told us they would call back but never did. I'm only thankful that nothing more serious happened while somebody else was driving with my license plate and potentially have criminal charges against me. I wish dealers were not individually owned, this is the kind of things that gives great cars a bad reputation. I'm amazed about the lack of professionalism. After we did a review in Yelp finally somebody from Tysons contacted us and she did not have a clue about this issue after we've been calling several times for months. Is this something that happens so often that they can keep track of their customers with this issue? The General Manager Mike Tsamouras never called us, instead he had someone from his financial department contacting us. It took for them 11 months to pay their toll violations but by that time these were turned to a debt collector and my credit score is now ruined. More

More recently, we were in the market for a smaller SUV and had looked at Land Rovers and a few others. On a whim I checked the Audi Tysons web site and saw a barely-used Q5 in my price range, so I gave our sales rep (Driton) a call to arrange a test drive. When I go there he showed me a new 2017 with lots of upgrades from the one I came to see and pointed out that with loyalty discounts it would only be slightly more expensive but still within my price range. It was great that Driton made sure I left with the best value, and the purchase experience was painless and quick. More
