Being out of state, their "policies" made it very difficult, if not crazy, to do business with them. First, I had asked about the general condition of the car, and the salesman, Mohamed, had little to nothing to tell me--he seemed uninterested from day one and knew nothing about the car. I asked for photos of any dings and scratches, which he said he would send me. Nothing. I asked about the tire size and condition. Nothing. The worst part were that they wanted a $2,000 NON REFUNDABLE deposit! Who in their right mind would do that when buying out of state on a car you haven't had inspected yet?! Only then would they take the car off the market for you while you arranged to have an inspection. They also wanted my social security number to do any business at all with them--even though they were not getting financing for me in any way! To me, there is just no reason for this unless they were getting me the loan. Thankfully, I did not give them a deposit, and as it turned out, the car was riddled with scratches and dings on almost every body panel. And the tires will need replacing soon. No wonder my salesman didn't want to discuss the car, or send me photos. Be careful here if you want to deal out of state--they really don't seem to want out of state business. More

I only have $100 deductible with insurance so even though it was a very very minor scratch I took so it looks shiny. That was the biggest mistake I did. The Audi of Tysons Corner took 4 days to finish the smallest of the job. No loaner car provided. I went back after 4 days to pick up my car. The paint job was ok. But then started my trouble. The car will start but the MMI : multimedia and navigation console and the screen wont come up. When asked, they said since the bumper have to be removed the system`s fuse box is on the back in trunk behind the bumper might have been affected. They checked and cant find anything. I requested for them to look into it. Instead of being apologetic and fixing the issue, they simply said, its a different problem and has to be paid for it to be fixed. I paid for diagnosis even though it was them who screwed up my system. After diagnosis they said it was Sirius XMs fuse which got corrupted. They said it might take few days to weeks to get the shipment from Germany. Without any other option, I had to leave the car with them for repair. They said loaner is provided free. They gave for one day and then charged for the rest of the days I had the car (Didnt inform at the time I picked up). Was later told that for this kind of repairs only one day of car is free of charge. Then came the auspicious day of delivery. I came to pick up my car and was charged a crazy amount (just the fuse was $850, then think about labor and taxes). it almost gave me a heart attack. I had to pay and take my car. Just avoid these guys. There are plenty of other dealers / body shops to go to. More

We feel in love with the Q3 and the A5 but settled on the Q3 for the wife. Great salesman, great manager, great finance officer. Am looking forward to purchasing the A5 convertible in the next few months. We were not disappointed at any time. Great job all. More

Now I really need a car because mine was in an accident and totaled. I found on their website the exact car I have been wanting: a one year old Q3 with low mileage, the exact interior and exterior color I wanted. This morning I emailed to make sure the car was still available and received an email from Zoe saying yes. Later in the day I chatted on the website with Alex who also confirmed that the car was still available. I said I'd be there at 6pm to test drive the car. At 6pm my husband and I went to the dealership, Alex was gone and Zoe said she was "tied up" so we were passed off to another sales rep. He took my license so we could test drive the car. We waited and waited; looked around for it on the lot. He said of course it has to be here. After about half an hour the sales manager came out and said the car had been sent to auction and they could get it tomorrow for us. So we had been lied to by both Zoe and Alex. What they didn't remember, but we did, was that the same thing had happened to us about a year ago. I found the pre-owned car that I wanted on line and when we went to the dealership they said someone else was test driving it. They wasted over 2 hours of our Saturday trying to get us to lease a more expensive car. We are done with this dealership. Our time is valuable and we're not stupid. Go to this dealership if you want to be frustrated; but if you really want to buy a car, go elsewhere. More

At the time may told me I they routinely offer you out of the lease at 24 months because that's prime time for resale. That sealed the deal for me since I knew at that point I could get out if it wasn't working for me. I went back the other week and she conveniently had no memory of that and said they never do that. I'm not stupid, clearly was naive at the time and was taken advantage of. I was told my car is worth 22-24k at this point and there's nothing they could do. I went to another dealer and they ran the numbers and were floored at how much Tyson's leased the car to me for. Each person I worked with told me they're sorry but I was taken advantage of. They told me my lease price was the high end of what q7 go for, and I got a q5. I was in the back and the mechanic pulled up my car and yelled to a coworker (he didn't see me) "you're not going to believe how much hey charged her for this car. You have to see this." The new dealer gave me 28k for the car, got me out of the lease and I bought a brand new car for a lower monthly payment than my original lease was for. I'm responsible for not having had the knowledge when I initially went in, but be warned that the people who work there are more interested in the quick buck over gaining long term customers. And may was promoted to finance department so be aware!! More
they SUPPORT their customers - only dealership I will go to! I purchased my 2013 Q5 from Tysons Corner back in November. I purchased it as a certified pre-owned vehicle, so it completed the Audi 3,000 point certification process. I was SO impressed with the sales team at Tysons, specifically Zoe and Tim, who were friendly, trust worthy, and helpful throughout the entire process. Since I purchased the car, I've only put 3,000 miles on it! It's barely been driven. Fast forward to this week, I received a notice of an open recall on my vehicle. As I live in Maryland, I made the decision (big mistake) to go to a different Audi dealership, closer by to home, to have this recall fixed. A few hours after dropping my car off, I received a call from the service department informing me that they noticed my brake pads were VERY low and they recommended I have them replaced as well as have my coolant filtered or cleaned as well. I couldn't believe it! I shared with them my car was just certified, and since then has only had 3,000 highway miles being added. The service director took second measurements and even she STRESSED that may pads needed replaced and it needed to happen ASAP, I certainly felt the pressure and was upset as I purchased a certified pre-owned, so I wouldn't be in this situation! I respectfully declined the service and immediately called Audi of Tysons Corner. I spoke to Jose on the phone, who took the time to LISTEN to me and how I was concerned that my certified pre-owned car is now being recommended for NEW brake pads after only 3,000 miles. He was amazing at calming me down, assuring me that did not sound accurate and ensured that I was able to set up an appointment to bring my car to Tysons for him to look at himself. Not only was he patient on the phone, but he expressed empathy, and assured me he'd help to figure out the situation. I took my car into Tysons the next day. I was promptly greeted by Jose and within 30 minutes, he brought back the tech's finding, which were similar to the previous measurements, but assured me they were NOT in need of replacement, and told me when a replacement would be warranted. Again, he took the time to explain all of the findings, and answer all of my questions. He truly made me feel like a valued customer. Audi of Tysons Corner is a HONEST dealership who truly support their customers and look out for their BEST interest, something that we know is very hard to find the car/sales world. For now on, even though it's not the closet, I will ONLY be taking my car to the dealership at Tysons Corner to be serviced. More
Worth the trip- great experience! I had been looking for the perfect Audi Q5 for a very long time. When I found my current Audi, it just happened to be 350 miles away at Tysons Corner. I love my new Audi and Art was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! More
