From the moment I walked into the dealership, I was greeted with attentive service and professionalism. It was my first visit to Audi and I was struck by how many people were working there and how well greeted with attentive service and professionalism. It showed not only great care by employees there but collectively they represented a luxury brand that was a cut above the rest. Alex Giron was my brand specialist and he understood me like he knew my mind. I originally came in looking to test drive and purchase a Q3 but they were completely out. He showed me an eTron which I test drove. It had secretly been on my fantasy list but outside my desired price range. However, working with Rambod Gharib helped to make leasing it a feasible reality. The entire process was smooth, easy, and a dream. I am very happy I visited this dealership and surprised at how effortless and fast the process was.
