I was looking up and down the East Coast for an Audi A5 Cabriolet and found one at Audi Tysons Corner that fit what I was looking for. However, living in NY a majority of the buying work was virtual. Zach did a super job at negotiating through some challenges within the dealership to keep things on track while respecting my asks/needs as well as managing through the challenges in dealing with Roman in finance. Which got better on Sunday when I worked with the other finance manager and got a better rate. Thank you Zach for your “customer first” approach and great work representing Audi Tysons Corner. Horrible….Carlo used car manager offered me a price for my car but said it had to be registered and titled in VA. I paid for the titling and when I returned with the title 2 weeks later he offered me 5,00 my car but said it had to be registered and titled in VA.
