I have leased or bought every car I have had for the last 20 years from Pat Driscoll. I hate the whole car leasing/buying process but I cannot imagine buying a car from anyone other than Pat. The service organization and particularly Matt Frick, my service coordinator, consistently deliver stellar support. They are responsive, set proper expectations, deliver beyond those expectations and gener service coordinator, consistently deliver stellar support. They are responsive, set proper expectations, deliver beyond those expectations and generally go out of their way to ensure you get the experience you would expect when purchasing a car in this category. I have now been with Audi of Tysons for over 6 years and I would buy my next Audi there because of the service. We own two Audi's and I consistently find when I have out of warranty work that they are price competitive and the service is exemplary. Their service professionals have been there for a while and very knowledable about not only the car, but also the customers. More

I had to take(tow) my car in for damage I did in the snow storm underneath the car and Greg Jackson gave me the name of the towing company that they use and it was fantastic. The Audi service department totally fixed my car and I was back out on the road in 2 days and this was even after they had to order parts for my car. I always have been cared for very well at this dealership. More
This is a swindle. When I purchased the car they told me they would cover for a rental car during warranty work. Now, they don't fix the car, so I have to take it over and over, they take several days to wo they would cover for a rental car during warranty work. I will first start by saying I have owned several Audis in the past, I feel they make a great product. Its just too bad that the dealers are not as good as the cars. As far as teh friendliness goes, the service consultant Mr. Frick is as about as snobby as one can be. He is a real prick. I asked to see the service manager and Mr. Frick didnt even acknowledge I had said anything. I had so many new dings in teh side of my car after they were done with it, it looked like the finish on my golf balls. When I seen the porter with one hand it didnt surprise me. As for the service...it was sub par at best. For as much as they charged me these Audi Techs must all be making a killing...They couldnt find the rattle that IS THERE EVERYTIME I GO OVER SPEED BUMPS. Anyway i will not be returning to this dealer...EVER. More
As with so many other reviews, I don't know where to start. Way too many problems and the staff are an absolute bunch of jerks. It must come from management on down. I have seen too many service reps leave, and speaking to one who ended up elsewhere, this is because the managers are totally profit driven and could care less about customer satisfaction. They routinely took advantage of my wife. A horrible place to deal with, and I'm glad I finally found a trustworthy independent shop. More
The saga begins in 2005, I get a flat and low and behold no spare. The car had been a couple of places including HBL so I called my service writer to see if was removed and not replaced by accident. Put the car on lock down, no one touches it but me. I bring it back for the 35k 6 months later with a bunch of warranty requests. Get denied on half of them. The scratch my rear bumper. Change my own oil 4 months later and whoever put the underbody skirt on left 2 bolts out so now it's damaged. A couple of months later I am cleaning the car, go to clean the spare well and wheel and tire is gone again. I end up buying it (the same one) back on ebay. Check the other work that had been done and half of it is not put back together correctly. Call the service manager and he hides behind the amount of time passed. I drive the car 7000 miles a year sorry it took me so long to figure out you stole from me. My fuel economy takes a dump around the same time so I check the plugs, if they were replaced at 35k I am a Bill Gates. Complain with BBB and with Audi of America,,,basically get told to pound sand. To bad the car is so great, I will never deal with HBL in any fashion ever and I will trade this car as soon as I can. More
What a nightmare dealing with HBL service department. Price gouging, but when you get the car back you always discover something did not get fixed. I had a problem with the engine losing power and vibrating, I get a call that it's "oil sludge" and it would cost $5000 to fix. They had the car two weeks. Now you would think that with a $5000 repair would give me two minutes conversation with the technician to insure they understood the problem. I get the car back two weeks later, did not even get all the way back to work and had the same problem. I'd also mentioned two of the tires they replaced on a previous servicing were leaking air. When I got it back this time I noticed that the two tires were still low. This dealership has soured me on European cars completely, now driving a Honda Accord, why on earth did I stop buying Japanese cars? That A4 was a nightmare. More
