I happily ended up buying the Q5 that day. The relationship with Ali did not end up there, though. He followed up with me and made sure that I was 100% pleased with my brand new car. Joseph Jay was a complete professional; allowing my fiance and I to speak freely about what we were looking for and what would ultimately make or break the deal for us.
