It is not often that I can say I enjoy the car buying experience however both Ken Orr and Chris Ross made my experience buying an Audi from Audi of Tysons Corner an excellent one! I really felt like I was talking to a fellow auto enthusiast vs a sales person and actually enjoyed our conversations. There was never any pressure ... only a strong focus on customer service and making sure my questions were answered. Even the process of negotiating a price was painless and I came out feeling good all-around about my purchase! I would definitely buy from Audi of Tysons Corner again and recommend others talk to their sales persons, particularly Ken and Chris, as they are extremely knowledgeable and customer service focused! Amazing experience at Audi of Tyson's corner. I started with an email interest in the A5, and was contacted by Ali Malek the next day. He was very gracious and very accommodating to my busy schedule. When I finally came to the dealer, they did their best to make me feel comfortable. Never felt pressured. They just showed me what I asked for, no more no less. When we found a car I liked, they made sure it got there with great time. Ali then spent 30-40 minutes just going through all the features of the car. I can't say enough about this dealership. Mr. Ali Malek was exceptional in the ordering, delivery and receipt of our new Q5. He was thorough and competent in answering all of our questions and explaining the vehicle features. I drove an extra 20 miles to get to Audi of Tysons because I received such poor service from the dealership closest to me. I went to this other dealership, met the manager and a sales person and info because I received such poor service from the dealership closest to me. I went to this other dealership, met the manager and a sales person and informed them that I wanted to get the Audi A8. They were not very responsive, as if they didn't think I would actually get the car. The dealership didn't have any A8's for me to see. I had to call the salesman after not hearing from them for two weeks. It took 3 weeks for the salesman to call me back after my initial visit. So, I determined I would not buy a car from them. As a Pastor of 6,000 members, I would never send one of my members to that dealership. So I went to Audi of Tysons and had the best experience. Ali Malek was very responsive and very helpful throughout the entire process. I picked up my A8L on Wednesday, and I've already recommended the dealership to my friend who wants the R8. I recommend this dealership without reservation. More

Nooch Harding, while I have had only two dealings with him, is a very honest and easy person to work with. He was straight up with us on all matters before, during and after the sale.
