I was expecting a headache trying to get it covered on such a tight deadline, but Luis and Jose were total pros about it. They got to work, documented the failure, and handled the back-and-forth with Audi of America to make sure it was fully covered. When I received the car back, the window is perfectly aligned and the 'short drop' feature for the frameless glass works exactly like it should. It’s hard to find a service dept that actually advocates for the customer like this. If you’re in the DMV with an S5 or any B9 platform, definitely go see these guys. More

Just a day after purchasing the car and about 150 miles into ownership, the car developed creaking and cracking noises from the passenger side. This noise was so irritating that I decided to return the car to the dealer two days later. The dealership took me through the usual routine of trying to fix the issue, but ultimately, their mechanic deemed the car "sounded normal." This was far from the quiet interior I expected, especially given my long commutes. Disappointed and frustrated, I ended up losing a significant amount of money on the car. In the end, I went around the corner and purchased a Toyota, which works perfectly and has a quiet interior. My advice: be cautious and consider all options carefully before committing to a purchase here. More
