Always cordial and helpful and work is usually done when promised. Car wash was broken, but my car was taken to another dealership to be cleaned. Overall the experience was good, but it took twice as long as they said it would. We asked if a courtesy vehicle would be available and they said it was not because it would take less than an hour. It to long as they said it would. We asked if a courtesy vehicle would be available and they said it was not because it would take less than an hour. It took almost 2 hours. So you have to go without your car for an entire day or sit at the dealership, not great options. Disappointing customer service, especially for a new car still under warranty. More
