Had the pleasure of dealing with Lou Stomel and the management team at the dealership last Friday. Was there with my Aunt to take a look at a new A3. Cannot say enough good things about how courteous a management team at the dealership last Friday. Was there with my Aunt to take a look at a new A3. Cannot say enough good things about how courteous and "non-pushy" everyone was. Lou accompanied us on the test drive and took the time to explain all the amazing features of the car. Ultimately, my Aunt purchased a beautiful example of the A3 and is picking it up this week. The whole process was wonderful from the time we came in until the paperwork was signed. Such a nice difference from many of the dealers I have had to deal with over the past 40+ years of purchasing cars. More
