I taken my car in for service multiple times for service and all seemed good until I needed something major done, the car hasn't been the same since. After having to return it three times to get things fixe and all seemed good until I needed something major done, the car hasn't been the same since. After having to return it three times to get things fixed that could have been found had somebody test drove it, i just started fixing them myself. When I called and went by to get a oil leak fixed that was caused by the above repair not being done correctly all I seem to get is "we will order parts and call you back" after a month it is still not fixed. If Audi truly has best re-sale in their class it doesn't reflect in the lease residual's and therefore the lease rates. The dealership was helpful in every other way and allowed me to try the car by taking it home overnight. More

I had an opertunity to visit Justin a short while ago. I told him I would not be in the market fot a new vehicle until next year when my current lease expires. Knowing this, most salespeople would have shoo told him I would not be in the market fot a new vehicle until next year when my current lease expires. Knowing this, most salespeople would have shook my hand and left me with something like "look me up when you are ready to buy". Justin however, spent about an hour showing me the vehicle and presenting me with a picture of what Audi would best fit my needs. His knowledge of the Audi product was truly amazing. I learned volumes about the cars, how they are engineered, and the benifits of Audi ownership. I am still that year away, but when the time comes to replace my BMW, I will own an Audi.and I will buy it from Justin. More
