I traded in an Audi Q-5 with a bunch of miles and some repair work due-for a A-4 with low mileage and in mint condition. Scott Mullinax and Joe were great in the trade in valuation and purchase price. Easy. In driving the car the first couple hundred miles it seems the ride was a little rough even with a new set of Continental ZR-rated tires on this A-4, so I called up Blake in service. Blake has helped me with my A-6 Prestige in the past and he said bring this A-4 in and he would personally drive it. I did that today, waited very little. They rotated and re-balanced the new tires and it drives like new now. Blake is a real pro in service and I can highly recommend this particular dealership. Ive purchased Audi's now from Tulsa, OKC and McKinney Texas and Tulsa is where I will keep my business. Thank you More

As I am an out of state buyer I relied on the sales team to give me a fair description of the vehicle before viewing it. It was described verbally as being in "near perfect condition" and again via email as having "barely any blemishes on it". When I arrived to collect and pay for the vehicle I immediately noticed a dent on the front bumper, further inspection also uncovered a (more significant) dent on the side sill directly behind the front wheel well on the passenger side of the vehicle. When I pointed this out to Joe, the Sales Manager, he became enraged and aggressive and I had to calm him down - Hugely unprofessional behaviour. Regardless, as part of the sale Audi Tulsa agreed to cover the cost of repairing this damage and I received a signed commitment to do this as part of the sales documentation. I obtained a fair quote for the work from a Caliber Collision and even negotiated a discount on the work but they are now refusing to pay for the work and have instead offered to "contribute" just $200 to the $2,870.03 repair bill. Do not trust this company they will lie to you to close the deal and not follow through on their promises - Avoid at all costs. More

Joe the manger is aggressive and rude...they changed there pricing overnight on an 2016 Audi A3 from $17,351 to $18,591 after we told them we were interested in the vehicle the night before...Brian Whit there pricing overnight on an 2016 Audi A3 from $17,351 to $18,591 after we told them we were interested in the vehicle the night before...Brian Whitt was our salesman and he was fine but the manager Joe stated that he has a right to raise the price at any time as he sees fit!! He first ignored that the price was actually raised overnight and then stated that the price raise was due to them replacing a bumper; of which, he said only cost $600 to replace! So from $17,351 to $18,591? That’s about double what he said the replacement charge was!! Btw the bumper was not yet replaced when he hiked up the price!! He then attempted to offer us a deal at $18,000 With the bumper replaced!! This was a classic bait and switch if I ever seen one...Audi of Tulsa needs to redefine the word Integrity!! More
Excellent Service I came in as a walk-in to ask about a certain vehicle I saw on the lot. I was given Jeff Simpson as my salesperson. He worked quickly and efficiently I came in as a walk-in to ask about a certain vehicle I saw on the lot. I was given Jeff Simpson as my salesperson. He worked quickly and efficiently in putting the sale together. The financing was handled by Sean Walsh, who did a great job at getting me the terms I wanted. To my surprise they delivered my car to my home so I didn't have to drive back the next day to pick it up. Service like this makes me want to return again and recommend this dealership. 5 stars ***** gentleman and my thanks!! AH More
Don't use service department! I took my Audi in because hr oil pressure light was on. They were kind enough to give me a courtesy car but within 24 hours they had called me saying I took my Audi in because hr oil pressure light was on. They were kind enough to give me a courtesy car but within 24 hours they had called me saying the whole engine needed to be replaced! A whole $10,000+ which is more than I paid for the car. I had a friend look at it and he just said the oil level was a quart over that was it! I almost paid 10k for a $35 fix. More
