Brandon the sales manager/finance took time to show me all the different options, also very friendly and professional. They are a great example of how you should treat customers. My wife and I stopped into the showroom without an appointment a few weeks back to see the new Q5. We were approached by a 20 something girl named Megan Bruning who was pushy and anxious then turned a little snotty when we said we weren't ready to test drive. Actually we wanted to test drive, but not with her. My wife said she got a bad "vibe" from her and said if we were going to spend that much money on our dream car we didn't want to buy it from a kid. We politely took her card then went straight to Fletcher Jones and made our purchase from a nice easy going experienced trustworthy salesman who has been selling cars for 20 years who didn't have an attitude. Ive learned from experience these kids change jobs every couple for months and we want to work with someone who knows the answer to every question we have about the car before we buy it More

Highly Dissapointed Where do I start? Let me start by saying that I have been a life long Lexus owner and have now come to the realization that buying an Audi from Temecu Where do I start? Let me start by saying that I have been a life long Lexus owner and have now come to the realization that buying an Audi from Temecula Audi was a huge mistake. In June I purchased a 2017 Audi A4 from Temecula Audi. The transaction was smooth and the sales rep, Nick was great to deal with. My problems first started on day 31 when the moon roof stuck in the open position. I took the car back to the dealership and spoke with the Service Manager, Robert. After a quick discussion he said they would not fix the issue and that my warranty would not cover it and that I would have to pay for it out of pocket. First clue this was a bad choice, Lexus would never think about doing this. After going back and forth with Robert, I let him know that I own an online marketing company and I would let as many people know about this experience as possible and that once I walked out of the dealership I would not change my mind. As I was getting into my vehicle he came out and said, wait, we will fix it with no charge. Was this necessary on my part, most likely not but when you feel you have been wronged you need to let it be known. They ended up fixing it. Fast forward to my next issue. My next issue, not long after is when my the Starter went out. I took the car back to the dealership and the same issue occurred, Robert informed me that the starter was not covered. I did not want to deal with the headache I did the first time so I got the starter fix, $750 and $600 for car rental. Not a happy camper at all. In the same week as the starter getting fixed the car started to overheat, not good. So, I made it home and called Audi customer care to have the car towed back to the dealership. When I called they did not have my car attached to my name but someone else's car so they said they would not pick it up but its a service Audi provides for 12 months to ALL car buyers. After calling Audi corporate I finally got the car picked up, another mess that Im not going to go into detail about. So, it ends up that the entire cooling system and hoses had to be replace, take in mind this is a 2017 vehicle. Now this is the 3rd issue already and only had this car for 6 months. So, today I go pick up my car from the dealership and as the Audi rep was getting out of my car he asks me, was your Check Engine light on when you brought it to us? I of course said no and you should not be asking me this when giving it back from fixing it. So, they took it into the service area and ran a diagnostics on it and wouldn't you know another engine issue, this time it received a code of PP2279 which is a vacuum leak in the engine. So, now in 6 months time Ive had 4 serious issue with this dealership and not one time did I feel like they cared at all. I will say that Adam has been great but the overall experience is something that I would definitely let as many people know as possible. Its pretty ridiculous at this point and now it seems I must file a lawsuit as this car is surely a lemon and the dealership could care less. The funny thing is is that VW owns Audi and had to pay $4.3 Billion in Civil fines for defrauding American car buyers and $153 Million to the state of California in fines. Im now not surprised that this is the service Im getting. In my opinion I think EVERYONE should stay away from Audi of Temecula as they do not care about their customers as much as other dealerships. More
Terrible service As others have mentioned service dept. is terrible. You have to wait for them endlessly. it's been nearly THREE MONTHS and my parts are still not available. More
Terrible Service Experience! I have seen some bottom of the barrel car dealerships in my lifetime, but nothing compares to the level of this one. About 3 months ago, my wife's 20 I have seen some bottom of the barrel car dealerships in my lifetime, but nothing compares to the level of this one. About 3 months ago, my wife's 2017 Audi A4 started displaying Drive System Malfunction and other fault messages on her dash. So she took it to Audi Temecula to get warranty service. Normally, we would not touch a Hoehn dealership with a long stick because of the horrible customer service experience we have had with its Audi dealership in Carlsbad. But since this was a new store and right in our backyard, we decided to stay local by giving Audi Temecula a chance. We were so wrong, as the second time was definitely not a charm; it was more like a nightmare. The moment my wife stepped into Felipe’s office (Service Advisor), he started speculating about how it may be electrical damage caused by rats and that they will have to charge a $175 diagnostic fee, even though the vehicle was still under warranty and nobody had yet diagnosed the problem. He also speculated that the vehicle may have been in an accident because the S-Line badge was missing from the rear of the car. This was obviously a figment of Felipe's imagination meant to confuse my wife since the S-Line badge is on the side, not the rear. My wife felt so pressured, she ended up calling me to share how she was being treated. I immediately asked her to get Felipe on the phone. I expressed my profound displeasure and threatened to take our vehicle elsewhere for warranty service and that I would like documentation stating why we needed to pay a $175 diagnostic charge even though the vehicle still had plenty of warranty left. He could not give me a cogent response that made sense, so he got his manager (Robert) on the phone. I threatened to file a written complaint to Audi USA, after which his manager agreed to waive the diagnostic fee. My wife then completed the paperwork, which initially did not have the correct trim and color. My wife reluctantly her car and got in a loaner. We called near the end of the day to get a status update and Felipe indicated that it was a failure of the turbo module components, caused by premature wear and that they would need to keep the vehicle until the middle of the following week to effect the necessary repairs. On the next day (Saturday), my wife went to the dealership and took lots of pictures as she did not trust these people at this dealership to handle her car with care. We eventually got back the car around the middle of the next week after sunset. The next morning when my wife pulled out the garage, she noticed that there was a ding just below the driver side mirror. She came to me raising xxxx about how despicable these people are. So I called Felipe and told him about the ding and he was quick to claim that they got the vehicle like that. But once I told him about the pictures, he had a whole change of attitude and asked me to bring the vehicle in for the dent repair. So the car went back into the shop for another 2 days. The dent repair was quite satisfactory, but I expected an apology and a follow-up call from the dealership asking about the service experience of our recent visit. As I expected, neither of these very basic courtesies happened. This was yet another first for me because I can't recall ever not getting a follow-up call from any dealership after a routine service visit, let alone one like this which had a plethora of things to be unhappy about. The last time I checked, Audi present themselves as a premium dealership, but this experience was not even close. Please save your time and make the extra drive to another Audi dealership who has an appreciation for basic customer service. I did not even bother to file a written complaint to the GM of the dealership as my Carlsbad experience leads me to believe that this is a culture problem with the Hoehn group of dealerships and not unique to their Audi Temecula location. I would not recommend them to anyone, not even my ex-wife! More

(No other customers there) Service writer would rather help people on the phone than help a LIVE person standing in front of him! Service manager just hides in his office! Terrible Customer Service! I’m glad I didn’t buy my new car here! I left the car there to get a second person to help me pick up the car. I was then called by my service writer and asked to move my car! They were having a shop clinic and my car that “they parked” was in their way!! I just don’t get it!! Learn how to give good customer service please for the love of God!!! More

I was very pleased to work with Brandon and Jeremy on my purchase of a 2018 Q5. I am also pleased that Audi Temecula opened so I have a local dealership that will be performing the service on my vehicle. Audi Temecula deserves every star of my five star excellence rating. More

Showed us a photo of the problem and while that was being repaired they took care of an Audi recall and found another issue (covered under warranty) that our local dealership missed. We left with our car handling better than when we bought it. More
