Most of the staff was great to deal with, in particular David W., Patricia N. and Gregg B. But it should not have taken my level of frustration to raise as it did because he didn’t want to make a phone call and ask BOA the right questions. BOA departments (loan vs dealer side) not communicating should not have been MY problem to solve. And Jason should have used some critical thinking to not just accept that it’s never worked before. Or maybe it was all him just playing hardball, but I did not enjoy that part of the experience. More
