I would have given this dealership one star if it weren't for our sales person David (who is a rockstar and the epitome of patience). After finalizing a number, we were waiting for the ONE finance person the for our sales person David (who is a rockstar and the epitome of patience). After finalizing a number, we were waiting for the ONE finance person they had on staff to take us in to complete the necessary paperwork. I happened to be outside when the tech who was cleaning my vehicle pulled into the parking space in front of the dealership WAY too far so that the front lip of my vehicle scraped on the curb. They then proceeded to put it in reverse and rip off half of my bumper. I was clearly extremely upset but they were able to fix the 2 clips within the next half hour. We then had to wait SEVERAL hours for the finance person to become available to sign the final paperwork (as someone else was turning in a vehicle which was supposed to be quick). When we finally thought we could sign, they apparently couldn't transfer my old tag because of an internal "system" error. We then had to wait even longer to begin on the signing because of this error as they had to bring in THREE additional colleagues to resolve. I hope David moves on to greener pastures as he is a consummate professional and exceptional salesman. Unfortunately, Audi Tampa (Morgan Auto Group) will not be getting my business in the future. This was by FAR the worst and most stressful experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle (and I've bought many over the years). More

Audi Tampa had phenomenal cars on their lot that looked very well taken care of. I also want to draw attention to our salesman David. As a woman in the car sales space, I've found myself subject to patronization (whether it be implicit or explicit), but I did not experience this with David. He took the time to understand where I was coming from with my pricing and worked with his manager to match that price. I was beyond impressed with his persistence to get a price that worked for us.
