I showed up at 10:28, but Jason told me he was not ready for me and I'd have to wait a few minutes. Tardiness is one of my pet-peeves, I have no tolerance for it. What is the point of making an appointment if you are going to tend to your client at your convenience? Then as I am waiting for Jason a co-worker sits down and starts a conversation with Jason as I stand there waiting for him. Jason finally starts to take care of me, without ever introducing himself. The only reason I knew I was dealing with Jason was because I noticed his name plate on his desk. Jason never asked me to have a sit, so I stood the entire time I spent with him. I found Jason very impersonal, and perhaps not the best fit to be dealing with the general public. Other then my experience with Jason everything else went well, my car was ready when promised other than one minor repair which could not be completed due to the dealership not having a software program on premise. I'll have to return to have this repair done at a later date. More

I purchased a brand new 2018 Q3 at Audi Tampa and I am very pleased with my sales person Ramon Lee who handled everything in a very professional manne I purchased a brand new 2018 Q3 at Audi Tampa and I am very pleased with my sales person Ramon Lee who handled everything in a very professional manner. Ray Rivera, his Manager, was very helpful as well. This was my third Audi purchase at this dealership. Ramon called me when they had a special incentive going on, we negotiated the price over the phone which was nice and easy..no hassle. I signed the contract that night and drove off in my new SUV. A couple of weeks later, I had scheduled the ECP coating and tinting with their Service Department. I will highly recommend Tina for always doing such an outstanding job! Yes, I would recommend Audi Tampa! More

Now just another car dealer After 20+ years of buying and leasing cars from Reeves – five in all – they lost my business this month. The general manager of Audi Tampa – someone After 20+ years of buying and leasing cars from Reeves – five in all – they lost my business this month. The general manager of Audi Tampa – someone named Richard Ready, who I’ve never met - sent a message through a salesman that the car I wanted was available to me only for the MSRP and not a dollar less. The modest Reeves “loyalty discount” did not apply. I was disappointed, but told the salesman I was still interested in buying the car as long as they gave me a fair value on my trade – a 2010 Audi S5 in pristine condition with only 29,000 miles, which I bought from Reeves and had always serviced there. The GM personally inspected my S5 and instructed the salesman to offer me $18,500, take-it-or-leave-it. I knew the market value of the car was much higher, even on a wholesale or trade-in basis, and I said so. The salesman responded that his GM’s offer was not negotiable. I wound up receiving other offers for my S5 – from AutoTrader/ KBB, CarMax and two other new car dealers – of $2,000 - $3,000 more than Reeves had offered. I ultimately sold it to Lexus of Tampa Bay and leased a new LC 500. My experience with Lexus was positive and professional, reminiscent of the way that Reeves used to do business. Now, based on my recent dealings with Tampa Audi, it appears that the dealership’s culture and approach to its customers have fallen to a level I would have never expected from a store owned by the Reeves family. Perhaps just a sign of the times. More

Horrible Customer Service In the past 8 years, I've purchased three A4s from Audi Tampa and leased one A3. This dealership has gone from having a stellar sales team to a dreadf In the past 8 years, I've purchased three A4s from Audi Tampa and leased one A3. This dealership has gone from having a stellar sales team to a dreadfully poor group of people who have no concept of customer service, from GM to sales associate. After 6 months of attempting to resolve a situation for the leased A3 with 2 very incompetent sales associates, William Charter and Ryan Loura, who should seriously consider another career, I found out Audi Tampa tacked on to the purchase price of the A4, over $4,000. This $4,000 was the negative equity from the A3 (which by the way, if you're thinking of purchasing one, it is a generic version of an A4), that had issues from the beginning, of which I bought it to Audi Tampa's and Audi USA's attention several times. Their pre-owned manager sales manager, Ray Rivera, assured me he was giving me a great deal on the A4 and not adding any of the negative equity from A3...that was grossly inaccurate. I would expect more from a dealership and a brand that I have been extremely loyal to and have referred friends and family. Here's my Audi Experience survey: Do I like the A4 I'm now driving? Yes. Will I purchase another Audi? No. Will I refer anyone to Audi Tampa? LOL Will I buy another car from Audi Tampa or Reeves Import Motorcars? LMAO More
