Our salesman Ryan was great other than that I had a bad experience. After giving a 10,000 check that cleared immediately they still did not release the car to us after having a pre approval from my back. S experience. So we had to drive over an hour the next day to pick up the car and Ryan was not there due to a appointment he already had. I had to beg someone to show us the functions of the car, we were told no by a few people 1 being the business finance manager. They wanted us to come back and I said no we’re not driving an hour to get here again thst would have been the fourth trip. This is not the costumer service I expected when buying a 60,000 car Which is not my first luxury car experience We are very unhappy and still don’t know how to work all the features More
