Purchased a vehicle at this dealership on Thursday the 8th and it's been in the shop since the 9th with transmission issues that were not present during the test drive! I've also gotten no updates beside 8th and it's been in the shop since the 9th with transmission issues that were not present during the test drive! I've also gotten no updates besides it's still being diagnosed. Meanwhile absolutely nobody has done anything to really rectify the situation, yeah they put me in a loaner vehicle that also has issues but that's not the point. Now I get a call from the dealership that I had my trade in with stating that Audi has failed to pay off my vehicle and now it's past the 10 day payoff period! They have tried to contact your dealership multiple times and your dealership has failed to call them back! More

Our salesman Ryan was great other than that I had a bad experience. After giving a 10,000 check that cleared immediately they still did not release the car to us after having a pre approval from my back. S experience. I had to beg someone to show us the functions of the car, we were told no by a few people 1 being the business finance manager. They wanted us to come back and I said no we’re not driving an hour to get here again thst would have been the fourth trip. This is not the costumer service I expected when buying a 60,000 car Which is not my first luxury car experience We are very unhappy and still don’t know how to work all the features More
