The Reeve's dealership has always been top notch in every way, but the service experience there has really been enhanced since remodeled thier building. I was able to schedule service easily for the next day and was greeted by the service advisor, Jesse when I pulled up under the canopy. He quickly got all the info needed and directed me to a waiting area on the mezzanine overlooking the showroom below. In the waiting area are comfortable chairs, a great coffee machine, a computer for customer use, and a cooler filled with complimentary sodas and water. You can't find a more comfortable environment in which to await your car. Jesse had told me that the service and car wash would take approximately 2 hours. I was very surprised when Jesse came to get me one hour and twenty minutes later. The first time I can ever remember service being done earlier than the estimated time! I highly recommend Audi Tampa and Jesse Gillespie for your service needs! More
