Shaky start but it all worked out quite well When I walked it to the service area it was a bit chaotic but then it worked. I would like to commend Jesse for his above and beyond effort to get my car taken care of. Please pass this on to Jesse. Only suggestion you might want to revisit the layout of the service desk area. It seemed cluttered and not organized. I would suggest you visit Crowne Audi in Clearwater and/or Audi Sarasota.
