HORRIBLE David Espino is one of the most unprofessional individuals I have ever met. You will be ripped of by Reeves in every facet. Your money will be wasted and most of all - your entire emotional state will be racked by the utter incompetence of Audi Tampa. They made me drive an hour to "appraise" my car only to tell me that the appraiser had left for the day. On top of that - the premise of our entire conversation was based on matching a price from another Audi dealership who was offering $17+ K off MSRP. After providing proof of the competing deal - David said that Reeves needed to evaluate the car to give an accurate assessment and that he could not guarantee the $17k off. They offered $11,000 off - which is not even in the ballpark and they made me drive down there knowing all along that they would not be trying to compete. David should be ashamed of himself. He is a sleaze ball and Richard the GM is equally as bad. More

Service Price Gouging I’ve owned my first Audi now for 2 years. It’s a 2013 A5, and it runs great. Surely there has got to be a more honest Audi dealership than Audi Tamp I’ve owned my first Audi now for 2 years. It’s a 2013 A5, and it runs great. Surely there has got to be a more honest Audi dealership than Audi Tampa in Tampa Florida. My car has 97,000 miles on it, and it is not under warranty. I don’t make a lot of money, and I take care of my car the best I possibly can. Today I went in for an oil change. That is all that I wanted done. The service agent, Christine, told me that the only way that they would turn off my ‘service due’ Light, would be if I paid $400+ for the 95,000 mile service. This included lubing my sun roof which had just been done 8 1/2 months ago when I hit 75,000 miles. This didn’t seem fair, and since I didn’t have the money I passed and only paid $70 for the oil change and left with my service light still on. How shady and unfair, that because this service agent couldn’t make a bigger commission from me, that I had to leave with my service due light and nagging sound still on. If you are looking for honest service, you will probably want to avoid going to Audi Tampa. Sincerely, S. VanDyk More
