This last visit was just for a lease but out so pretty similar. I would say that my only negative is I landed at lease buyout after being quoted well over MSRP to replace the current lease. Purchased a vehicle at this dealership on Thursday the 8th and it's been in the shop since the 9th with transmission issues that were not present during the test drive! I've also gotten no updates besides it's still being diagnosed. Meanwhile absolutely nobody has done anything to really rectify the situation, yeah they put me in a loaner vehicle that also has issues but that's not the point. Now I get a call from the dealership that I had my trade in with stating that Audi has failed to pay off my vehicle and now it's past the 10 day payoff period! They have tried to contact your dealership multiple times and your dealership has failed to call them back! More
