Great customer service Service manager Jesse was terrific as usual. On very short notice he scheduled a service appointment and arranged for a loaner. My car was ready at Service manager Jesse was terrific as usual. On very short notice he scheduled a service appointment and arranged for a loaner. My car was ready at the date and time promised and checkout was very quick. Unfortunately I left my sunglasses in the loaner and had to return the next day to retrieve them. Loaner manager Ivan found the sunglasses after walking the entire Reeves property to find the loaner car. Big kudos to Jesse and Ivan. 100k mile service Jason did a great job keeping us informed of the status of our car. As it turned out there was a problem with the head gaskets leaking and so the car Jason did a great job keeping us informed of the status of our car. As it turned out there was a problem with the head gaskets leaking and so the car needed to be kept longer then originally planned which wasn’t an issue as Audi Tampa always provides very nice loaner vehicle to use during the repair period. We were contacted once all work was completed to pick it up and as usual is was detailed and looking great. We used other Audi dealerships in the area and none compare to Audi Tampa for scheduled service, repair work and great customer service. More
