Three weeks after the sale and the finance manager still has not been able to produce a title for us to permanently register our daughter’s vehicle, nor has he refunded our overpayment. It is very clear that he dislikes his job and dealing with customers as he does not do either of those things well. Do yourself a favor and avoid him and perhaps the dealership as well. More
