Great service, friendly helpful people from the sales staff (Chris Novo) to the finance guy. Also anyone that walked by asked if we needed help while we waited. Awful experience. Can't get a hold of anyone to escalate an issue with poor work. Poor communication. No return calls. Loaner cars non-existent. Went downhill after new ownership. Where to begin. Repetitive bad service from the dealership between services and sales. Today was a milestone for them. I was personnally contacted about a 2022 Audi S5 Cab which I previously looked dealership between services and sales. Today was a milestone for them. I was personnally contacted about a 2022 Audi S5 Cab which I previously looked at but they didn't want to work on a price point and guaranteed it would be sold long before it hit the floor. But guess what, it made it to the floor as many dealerships have new cars and aren't having as much of an issue with shortages. When he called me he wanted a $5,000 market adjustment and a $2995 premium package fee. Well, ok I told him I didn't want the market adjustment with my trade in so he worked with me and we finally got to a price of $55,000 which he offered me. I accepted. Within 30 minutes he redacted he deal as his manager didn't approve. What kind of company offers a deal they can't uphold. He insisted that I add another $4,000 or he wouldn't keep the deal. His words: "What about 55000 with wheel and tire and audi care? And if that's okay with you it's for a tonight deal only. I'm leaving at 8pm but will stay late if you want to finalize?" My words: "Yeah I'll do it. What do I need to bring with me" Then says he doesn't have approval and needs to get it. Seems like a little bit of legal obligation to uphold a deal you offered. Let's see what happens next. More
