Fantastic customer service and attention to detail . We drove from Spring Hill and it was well worth the drive . We were in and out in 3 1/2 hours . Everything was as discussed with no changes which seems drove from Spring Hill and it was well worth the drive . We were in and out in 3 1/2 hours . What kind of a dealership charges $247 to make a diagnosis...forget doing any repairs to a car, just to diagnose it. I will tell you, greedy ones like Morgan Import Cars. Any other dealer charges up to $99 for a diagnosis, they go three times that. Where is the justification? FULL STORY I made an appointment online and followed it up with a call to the service adviser, Michael Cruz. I was concerned that my repair could take most of a day, but I wanted to be sure by at least verbally giving the description of what is going on with my vehicle. I had to leave a voicemail twice and never heard back either time. On the day of the appointment, I describe the three problems with my car in person and get shell shocked with a $247 fee to diagnose each individual problem. This is not shown anywhere on your website. Had it been, I would have never taken my car to your dealership. Since two of them were software related, I skipped those. The other problem was a possible problem with my suspension. Because I was already there and the problem with my car had been getting worse, I really had no choice but to eat one of the fees. Then, I am told there are no loaner cars available and that I had to make a reservation at least three weeks in advance. Now, I have no choice but to rent a car from the Enterprise next door. Again, none of this is indicated on your website, nor did I get a call suggesting any of this. I arrived for my 9:30 appointment, which was originally to wait at the dealership. I take the rental and go home thinking I might hear something in a couple of hours. At almost 5:00pm, I get told the car was never brought into the shop. I HAD AN APPOINTMENT? HOW IS THIS ACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE? This is day two, 26 hours after I have left my vehicle with you and I can't even get a status update. What the xxxx kind of a dealership are you running there? I can't imagine how bad you would treat me if I had actually bought the car new from you. I'd like some answers as to why any customer gets treated this way at your dealership. My next call is to Audi corporate. More

Ashley omitted my trade-in value, lied about trim features and lied about the car being a four-wheel drive. They sold the car as being an upgrade to my A3 2018, but it was a major downgrade.
