Our salesman Chris Novo was excellent but the finance guy we did paperwork with was terrible. We requested he check with a couple credit unions we do business with and he ended up financing us through Wells we did paperwork with was terrible. We requested he check with a couple credit unions we do business with and he ended up financing us through Wells Fargo at 4.5% which was high. I questioned him on our credit union Mid Florida and he said Wells Fargo was the best rate. This was on Saturday we did the deal then Monday morning our contact from MidFlorida reached out and asked if we bought the vehicle. Come to find out it was sent to MidFlorida Credit Union and the rate was 2.5% and the finance guy at Audi tried to stick us with Wells Fargo at 4.5%. Don't remember his name but he is very dis honest and not an asset to Audi. More
