Worst experience working with Audi Tampa (Especially with Jason Mirabito). I recently visited them to start the process to own my leased vehicle - Audi Q5 2018 car. The payoff Quote given my Audi financial s Jason Mirabito). I recently visited them to start the process to own my leased vehicle - Audi Q5 2018 car. The payoff Quote given my Audi financial services is 28,700 and the Lease end date was Feb 22, 2022. I visited them on Feb 18th to close the transaction. I was given a quote of 32700 (Including dealer fee, Registration fee and other fees) for which I agreed to. 1. I told them, that I would be financing the vehicle and wanted to go with my bank. They didn't agree for it and asked me to go though their lendor (bank some random credit union). I questioned them about it and they said its Audi Tampa rules and they couldn't proceed with any other bank. I agreed for it and they run a credit check and they offered me 4.2% APR. I agreed for that too as I would again refinance after 3 months with my bank. They registered my vehicle and gave me tags to use further. 2. I paid $2000 down payment and I wanted to use my cousins card (he is with me in the dealership) to add $5000 more to the down payment. They didnt agree for that either. 3. After 10 days they texted me saying I was not approved for the loan and asked me to get the loan from my bank for which it took another 10 days. Audi financial services already started charging me for using the vehicle after the lease ended. They added $500 more to the original payoff quote of $27,500. 4. Finally when I went to the dealership with the check they revised the Quotes again and added $1000 for the buying fee. they wanted to get the most out of the transaction and they cheated me brutally. They didn't continue my transaction as they added Emission and Inspection requirement again and I was told to pay the $300 fee again. Also the quote now included the $500 obligation amount added my Audi. When I called them to fight for my rights, they voided my tags and I had no where to go. They even said they would only pay my $2000 after returning the tags. This is a worst experience I had and I urge everyone not to go to these people. More

My sales rep Andre was great he couldn't help that a car I order back in October of 2021 wasn't arriving till July of 2022.
