Bought a 2020 Q3. Had a brake issues right away when it was moved from its spot on the lot. Dealer will not cover all repairs. The service department is great. Make sure you ask for chip. Brian the sales p was moved from its spot on the lot. Dealer will not cover all repairs. The service department is great. Make sure you ask for chip. Brian the sales person was very honest I recommend you ask for Brian. Darren the sales manager will not return my calls about the repairs still needed. The front right rotor is not wearing evenly due to the initial brake issue. The rear right rotor was replaced and new brake pads. This should also be done in the front. Because nothing was documented about the brakes when I 1st bought the car I'm having an issue with getting the repairs done. Thank you, Paul H. More
Had to rush home for my last Grandmother's funeral and they sold the car out from under me even though I offered to put the full downpayment on the car as a deposit until early opening on Monday. Test dro they sold the car out from under me even though I offered to put the full downpayment on the car as a deposit until early opening on Monday. Test drove the car, had them appraise my car, reached a consensus on a deal. Absolutely despicable place with zero ethics, I wouldn't give these xxxxxx water if they were dying in the Gobi Desert of thirst. Do NOT shop at this place for any type of luxury car, the service just isn't there for that caliber of purchase. More
Nice Car !! Terrible Dealership !!! Purchased a beautiful Audi A5 great car worst dealer I have ever dealt with. Started with extra charges added on that was not agreed to by the finance man. Yes I signed the paperwork but only agreed to 1 add on not 4. didn't realize it until the next day...Asked them about it and oh we include that on all of our sales. They had our trade in on the lot for sale before they even paid it off which was almost a month after the purchase and I incurred a late charge only took 2 days to cash our 10K check. Asked where's our plates oh D.O.L is closed....we sure didn't have any problems getting tabs online for our other cars. There really good at passing the buck and acting stupid with any questions. I've dealt with numerous dealerships and this one is the worst by far. More
The worst buying experience I've ever had. I definitely NOT recommend Audi Tacoma dealership. I signed the purchase agreement with them on September 30 with a new Audi A4 and a traded-in Mini C I definitely NOT recommend Audi Tacoma dealership. I signed the purchase agreement with them on September 30 with a new Audi A4 and a traded-in Mini Cooper. Until today, October 31, Audi Tacoma still hasn't pay off the traded in car. During the past 30 days, I made tremendous calls, sent emails, and event went to the dealership to meet the GM (Brett Ackley) and the sales (Mark Stapleton) and I can't get any proper response from them. It has already passed the 10-day grace period and they still hasn't paid off the traded in car payment. They promised me to send me a check for the delay payment but again, they broke their promise. This dealership has no integrity and does not fulfill their obligation on the purchase agreement. DO NOT BUY ANY CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. More

But calling fo Bought a 2015 Q5 in late 2014. At the time getting an appointment for service was easy. Service technicians were and still are great. But calling for appoint now is difficult. No one answers the service department line, message says leave a message for call back. No one ever calls back. Last year called three times, finally called the dealership manager to connect me with service. Last week left two messages, now a week later still no return call. I give up. Will go elsewhere for vehicle service. Love the car but if I buy another Audi will go to a different dealership even if further away. More

James was great a facilitating this unusual pruchase and his assistance was invaluable. There were a few challenges and James always directed me to the right people to resolve the issues. He even provided guidance on auto transport services to my state. Ultimately I flew in to Washington to finalize the deal and pick up my new Q7 in person. James and his entire team should be commended for going above and beyond, I definitely recommend and will use this dealership for any future Audi purchases. More

Larson determined that it was a bad wheel bearing, which was a surprise given that the car only has 61,000 miles. Additionally, the noise was a clunking noise, not grinding or howling as would be expected with a bad wheel bearing. The wheel bearing was replaced. I was told that the tires were showing wear and would need to be replaced but that it was not urgent. I discovered the next day that the noise was still present. I called Larson service center and was told to bring the car in. They had the car for several days and finally determined that the problem was the tires, which they said made chattering and clicking noises. I was also told that I had been advised to replace the tires with my first visit, which was definitely not true. (I have since had the tires checked at Discount TIres, and I was told that the tires still have some mileage on them but will need to be replaced down the road—exactly what Larson had initially told me. Also, it was interesting that Discount Tires discovered that my tires had very low pressure and needed air. Larson apparently did not check tire pressure in spite of the fact that they thought the problem was the tires—after replacing the wheel bearing!) I sent a letter to Larson asking for reimbursement of the charges for the wheel bearing, a service that was apparently not needed. They refused, and I filed a complaint with the Office of the Attorney General. Larson responded defensively saying that the clunking problem was resolved and that chattering and clicking noise was due to worn tires. There is NO chattering or clicking—only clunking! The last straw was Larson”s response to the Attorney General which stated, “Mrs. _____ on behalf of her husband has filed this AG complaint....”. The Audi is my car, and my husband had absolutely nothing to do with my requesting reimbursement or filing the complaint. Clearly, the service department dismisses women and likely takes advantage of us when we bring a car for repairs. Beware women! More
