DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR HERE! My experience with the salesguy was superb, he was friendly, communicative and then..it ALL went south!. My Q3 SUV broke down less than a month after purchasing, then again (drive through at bank, completely quit, had to be towed) and again (on the side of a major highway, quit, had to be towed ) and again (this time in my driveway)...now, its a minor thing that the cars display of time is always changing and then a water leak from the interior drivers side lighting(fixed). It actually rained on me while I was driving!! As the 3rd owner (car had only 13,000 miles on it at time of purchase)..I should have been skeptical but was led to believe this is common with people whom just want the "latest and greatest every year" Now, I am dealing with audi and lemon law, in which I can only negotiate to an amount that they will pay me to keep this crappy SUV. So far, lemon law lawyer gets 4K, me 1K...so...no surprise, screwed again. I will keep fighting the fight, however, as the car just keeps acting strange..clunking when backing out of anywhere when cold. Also was told that the stereo volume that keeps adjusting to REALLY loud or REALLY silent is normal, told I had to wait for update to fix not only this, but the clock time and date change daily. Then, I cancel my extended warranty because I hope to get rid of this car before I use up the manufacturers. No surprise that I canceled 2 months ago and nothing has been provided to my lender. Called, emailed, re-sent paperwork yesterday, no answer back...again. Called again and finance will not call me back, nor have they confirmed that the money I spent extra on the clear coat would be reimbursed or applied to extended warranty. I suggested that they allow me to trade in the car for what I paid, and guess WHAT?...they offered me 1/2, YES HALF of what I originally paid! Without putting more than 2k in miles on it! Poor sales guy said that's the best they could offer and "The GM might have been having a bad day". You think??!!...I am sure he has, since several reviews are posted here. I am NOT the only dissatisfied customer for LOOK LARSON Audi. I also could NEVER get ahold of their service department to schedule a clear coat I believe I paid 1,500.00 for. I was told that was the only way AUDI would warranty the paint, is IF I purchased the clear coat. SERIOUSLY? is that TRUE? well, still NO clear coat and NO reimbursement either. What a bunch of scammers...I have to say, the sales guy is the only one I trust, he genuinely felt bad, he is way to nice to work there! Anyone want to buy a super cute SUV? More
I have taken my 2021 Audi SQ8 to Audi Tacoma 4 times since June 2022 to fix the same problem, which is under warranty. They have had the vehicle for a total of 12 weeks, so far. The latest attempt s since June 2022 to fix the same problem, which is under warranty. They have had the vehicle for a total of 12 weeks, so far. The latest attempt started on 12/2/2022 and they still have my vehicle. The Audi rep for Audi Tacoma told them to send it to Queen City Auto Rebuild in Redmond WA. On 12/22/2022, Queen City identified the cause of the problem as a failed joint/seam in the roof of the car. They submitted a quote to Audi Tacoma. Audi said they would only pay for 7.5 hours of labor. Queen City Auto states there is no way they can complete the warranty work for that amount. Multiple interactions with Audi Tacoma has been unsuccessful in breaking this dead lock. As a result, my car is still sitting in Redmond, disassembled, with no plan or communications to fix this warranty issue and get a fixed vehicle back in my procession!!! I have filed a claim with the Washington State Attorney General's office to try and get this resolved. More
Not sure why some of the other revies are negative. My experience with Audi of Tacoma couldn't have been better. We discussed the deal over the phone and when I showed up the numbers were exactly what we talked about and the paper work was ready to go. Top shelf service from everyone I dealt with. My sales guy Michael was incredible to work with. He is the man when it comes to performance imports. I will be using him for all purchases in the future. More

Bought a 2022 and paid way over msrp due to “shortage of cars”. I felt ripped off. Then they dinged me for this theft insurance and won’t call me back about this issue. I highly recommend not shopping for a vehicle at Audi Tacoma. They are disorganized, racially-biased, and customer service is not aligned with what one expects from Audi. I visited the Audi Tacoma dealer Tacoma. They are disorganized, racially-biased, and customer service is not aligned with what one expects from Audi. I visited the Audi Tacoma dealership yesterday, intending to purchase an Audi Q3. I was approved in advance for financing through Audi Finance and brought the approval letter with me. I have detailed below why I have recommended NOT purchasing a vehicle from this dealership based on my experience with the salesperson and manager at the Audi Tacoma dealership. The salesperson showed me the Q3 per my request. The ones available did not have the specifications/features I wanted. Because of this, the salesperson recommended a Mercedes-Benz GLB 300, which I was amenable to but did not like after test-driving. After two hours of test driving and looking at other cars, I settled on the car that met my specifications and budget. The salesperson took my information, assessed my current vehicle for trade-in value, walked away, and returned 20 minutes later to inform me that the car had been sold. I looked at three other cars, and two were sold (although I test drove one). Before test driving the car I was going to buy, the salesperson assured me the car was not sold. Thus, when he informed me that the car was sold after the buying process commenced, I was left confused, disappointed, and trying to understand what was going on fully. I subsequently talked to the manager, whose immediate response was not helpful. When I walked into his office, he looked at me like I was a problem and then told me while he sat behind his desk that I had an attitude. I explained to him what was going on. I felt like racial undertones in how the manager talked to me (belittling and authoritatively) and that I was being discriminated against for not being allowed to purchase a car. How can I test drive so many cars and start the purchasing process - my personal information has been provided to the dealership, I had an approval letter from Audi Finance, and my current trade-in value was assessed - to be told the car I wanted to purchase was sold? I am completely confused why the dealership did not have "sold" signs on the vehicles and why they would allow me to drive a sold car -- makes no sense to me. If I bought a car and found out that my car was test driven by a customer, adding miles to it, I would be upset. I also wish the manager would have been more customer service orientated based on my experience at his dealership. Rather than jumping to conclusions about my attitude after two hours of test-driving cars and ultimately being told I could not purchase a car from the dealership. I have informed Audi USA o my experience. I hope you reconsider shopping at Audi Tacoma based on my experience on 7/21/2022. More
I purchased a 2018 Acura NSX from Audi Tacoma and let me tell you this was by far the worst experience I've ever had in buying a vehicle from out of state. The only good thing that came out of this was work tell you this was by far the worst experience I've ever had in buying a vehicle from out of state. The only good thing that came out of this was working with the salesman, AJ Bajwa, who was professional and courteous throughout this transaction. Their Finance Manager, Devin Howell, will try to rip you off by charging you an incorrect sales tax instead of going by your state’s auto sales tax. Devin tried to charge me 6% sales tax for the city I live in instead of using Virginia's auto sales tax which is 4.15%. This would of been an extra $3000 added to my loan. So instead of going by what the DMV says, which is 4%, he goes by what he read on Google. Now I have to handle the sales tax myself at the DMV and had to pay out of pocket instead of it being added to the loan. The DMV charged me 4.15%. Who knows how many people this guy has swindled money out of on charging them the incorrect sales tax. I purchased the vehicle 5/26/2022 and it took them 3 weeks to just book a shipping company. uShip quoted me 3-4 days for pick up. It took Audi 3 weeks to just set up retrieval, and then another week for delivery (which is reasonable coming from the West Coast). Don't ever let them talk you into shipping the vehicle for you, you'll be waiting over a month if not longer to get your vehicle! Another huge negative was it took them over a month to ship my paperwork to the DMV! I received the car and couldn't drive it for a week because they were too busy dragging their feet and not sending the title to the correct recipients. This makes me feel like they don't know how to do their jobs. I have no idea how Brian Reed is a Sales Manager. Brian is a liar and his incompetence at his job baffles me. He lied to me about the date my NSX was being shipped out. I had repeatedly asked him for the Bill of Lading once the vehicle was finally picked up and he still to this day has never given me the BOL, even after numerous emails have him saying he was going to send it to me. Not once was I rude or disrespectful to anyone that works at Audi Tacoma, but when they received my money for the vehicle they stopped responding to any of my emails and did not return any of my calls. I expect this at an auto broker type dealership but not a legit name brand dealership like Audi! I spent over $150k on this vehicle and I expected the equivalent level of service throughout this whole process from sales, financing and the shipping dept. I was treated like I was some kid buying a cheap Nissan Sentra! When I finally received my NSX, I was disappointed to find that the driver’s seat had extreme wear, like an old caddy! If you spend this kind of money you expect great quality, or at least full disclosure of any imperfections. They failed to disclose this and hid it from potential buyers by taking certain angles in the pics. If they failed to state the seat is in poor condition who knows what else they failed to mention. Brought in my Audi Q5 to get a tire fixed that had a nail in it. They patched up the tire but got inside of my back passenger side carpet dirty. There was paint stains under my rug. The same color paint stai in it. They patched up the tire but got inside of my back passenger side carpet dirty. There was paint stains under my rug. The same color paint stains that were on the tire that they repaired. Took it back to them and asked them to clean it. Never got it cleaned to this day. Spoke with the service department manager and I feel like they thought I was lying. Left a message with the service manager that the stains are still there. Stains that weren't there because of me(and I keep my car very clean). I wouldn't have been so mad if they had owned up and admitted they made a stain. But instead they covered it up with a rug and made me seem like I made those stains. Which I told them in the 12 hrs that the car was at my work parking lot and then at the dealership. After I got the car back it had stains. More

On March 22, 2021, my wife and I went to a car dealer “Audi of Tacoma” to buy a new Audi Q5. During the interaction with this dealer’s salesman we were threatened that we can be thrown out of the dealers “Audi of Tacoma” to buy a new Audi Q5. During the interaction with this dealer’s salesman we were threatened that we can be thrown out of the dealership since we are asking too many questions about the papers we were about to sign. As people of color, my wife and I felt every hurt by that comment. Also again yesterday the same salesman called me and said that I am lucky that I was not physically thrown out of the store. This is coming from an all-white men staffed dealership. There are other issues as well in his case whereby the dealer has not give us any paperwork or temporary title to the car when we were leaving the dealership with the new car. Despite repeated requested to send the documents, we have not received any documents as yet. More
