Audi Stuart - Service Center

I had an appointment for an oil change. I arrived promptly on time. No one greeted me outside or inside. I had to find someone. They told me to have a seat and someone would be right with I arrived promptly on time. No one greeted me outside or inside. I had to find someone. They told me to have a seat and someone would be right with me. A half hour of waiting and no one came. I went to the service person and he said he was busy. I asked him how long for the oil change and he said an hour and a half. I waited two hours. So total of 2 1/2 hours. More
