Quality customer service The dealership is 40 minutes north of my house but I selected Audi Stuart to help resolve issues with my vehicle that were created by my local (unname The dealership is 40 minutes north of my house but I selected Audi Stuart to help resolve issues with my vehicle that were created by my local (unnamed) Audi dealer. My local dealer aligned my very expensive Q7 after which the vehicle would not track a straight line on the highway and was dangerous to drive (diving two lanes to the right in a matter of seconds). After two attempts to get it corrected, my local dealership charged me several hundred dollars and explained "no Audi has good alignment." Stuart Audi listened to me and even test drove another Q7 with me to understand "how an Audi should drive." They then spent an entire day reworking the alignment and putting it into factory specification. More

My schedule was accommodated to return the car before sales closing. I can honestly say that servicing my car has become a pleasant experience instead of a chore to dread. More
