Had the pleasure of meeting the new service manager Ken who replaced David, in person last week. I was very pleased with him in the time he took to address my issues and with our service advisor Andy who i who replaced David, in person last week. Service was Excellent! I brought my car in for annual service and because the AC was making a loud noise. Andrew Mechmet was the service advisor who quickly got me checked I brought my car in for annual service and because the AC was making a loud noise. When the AC repair turned into a bigger issue and parts needed to be ordered Andy kept me updated and arranged for a loaner car. Normally very good, had water leaking in on floor boards, spent a lot of money for repair only to have to take it back for the same issue within a few weeks. Not pleased about that at all. Andy at Audi Stuart was great! I brought In my car because of a tire warning as well as auto butler service. Andrew Mechmet who waited on us took pictures of our tires to point out I brought In my car because of a tire warning as well as auto butler service. Andrew Mechmet who waited on us took pictures of our tires to point out that they were worn down. He was very thorough in proposing two types of tires and patiently worked with us as I checked out my insurance as well as My research on competitive prices in the area. We decided to have Audi Stuart do the work primarily because of Andrew’s level of service. My only frustration is with new process of obtaining loaner car thru Enterprise. Process took longer and was very inconvenient. Going forward I will probably not use the loaner option because of new process. More
