They were pleasant in the sales department. I will say that my loaner was filthy, interior and exterior. I tried to use the wipers for the windshield but it was out of washer fluid. I felt kind of grimy w that my loaner was filthy, interior and exterior. I tried to use the wipers for the windshield but it was out of washer fluid. It was easy to set up an appointment and when I dropped off the car I was in and out in a brand new loaner car in less than 10 minutes.
