Andy always goes the extra mile to make sure all my needs are met. I had a problem with my audi connect when they did an upgrade to google. I no longer have the capability of the google map in my car. Sadl are met. I had a problem with my audi connect when they did an upgrade to google. Andy tried everything in his power to get my google map back and he explained to me that my A8L does not have the upgrade fix for that model.
