A special thanks to Matt the technician who discovered a coolant problem my car had. He saw the coolant fluid level was low and instead of just filling the coolant his trouble shooting found a hidden brok a coolant problem my car had. Had a great experience at Audi Stuart yesterday! This was my first visit there. Everyone was nice and welcoming. The low pressure indicator light kept coming on my dashboard. I was in the area and stopped by to see if I could set up an appointment to bring my car in. Fortunately I was able to be seen right away. I was referred to Andy who will now be my advisor. I Couldn’t be more pleased. What a professional! He was attentive, knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. Not only did he resolve my problem and take good care of my car, but he placed me in the system so that I will have my recall issue addressed soon. Moving from Pembroke Pines to the PSL area, I was apprehensive about changing the dealership for service. I now feel happy and confident that I will continue to receive excellent care for my little Audi. Many thanks to Andy and the crew at Stuart. More

Had the Q7 towed from Ft Pierce to STUART AUDI because a large screw flattened a rear tire. Andy and the crew had a new tire put on the vehicle and within a very short time we were back on the road. Service writer could not explain the service to be performed or tell me how long it would take (3-5 days). Nor acceptable for a software update.
