I was able to get a quick appointment. The problem was not able to be quickly diagnosed so I was provided with a loaner. My service advisor Kristine kept in regular contact with me. It took about 5 days to get parts and fix the issue but since I had the loaner it was not a problem. When the car was ready Kristine called me and even applied discounts to the repair that I did not know existed. I'm very happy with the results. More
