I was very pleased with the service I received from the sales department, particularly, Bryan. He knew his stuff and was proficient on all the Q-7's features. We have owned at least 10 Audi's over the year sales department, particularly, Bryan. He knew his stuff and was proficient on all the Q-7's features. We have owned at least 10 Audi's over the years and are convinced that Audi's rank among the world's best motor vehicles. I have been a bit disappointed with the service department. This may be due to the reconstruction going on in the service area. I recently brought in our A6 Allroad for 50,000 mile service. In addition to that service the car had several recall notices. They had my car for about a week. They gave me a loaner, but I find it hard to understand why they scheduled me when they had to send for parts on the recall. I would think they would order the parts prior to having me bring in the vehicle. it is a small thing, but I would have preferred to drive my own car rather than a loaner. The service itself was excellent, but the scheduling could have been better. More

This was a follow up from my 50k service. When I had my car serviced in November, multiple things were flagged by the service techs to fix, but never were communicated to me. So after having my car back and driving less than 1k miles I got a notification that it needed new brake pads. When I called, they said that they had it in my file, yet no one ever thought to ask me if I’d like to fix it when my car was in for service the first time. This time, I dropped it off, got a loaner and got over $7k worth of work done. I went to pay and was informed that unless I paid by bank card, I’d be charged 3%. I never ever use my bank card in this way, so of course the bank declined the transaction and I was left with no option but to pay by credit card and incur an extra $250 in charges. We own 5 Audis and have had them serviced a many dealerships. This was the first time this has ever happened to me. Needless to say, I will be taking my Audis somewhere else for service from now on. I do not recommend this service center. More
