The technology in your Audi is poor, our CarPlay does not work and it's not our iPhones, which is what your mechanic try to make us believe. In our other non-Audi autos CarPlay works perfectly. It only works work and it's not our iPhones, which is what your mechanic try to make us believe. In our other non-Audi autos CarPlay works perfectly. It only works in your car if it's plugged in rather than wireless, I think the car technology overall is very poor. More

Kyle didn't follow through on calling the previous owner about the 2nd key. Kyle/Robyn did not follow-up on the check I was due. Kyle told me 'he didn't really handle that' and then said he would check on i about the 2nd key. Kyle/Robyn did not follow-up on the check I was due. Kyle told me 'he didn't really handle that' and then said he would check on it a day get back to me and did not get back to me. I came back in to tje dealership on Thursday after buying the car Friday and was told it was not ready (I came in on my own volition). It showed up in the mail the following week, but nobody followed up. This experience was average as compared to other dealerships. But o have come over the years to expect more of Audi. More
