Outstanding service, as usual This is the best service area at any dealership I've dealt with in over 50 years owning cars. They are well-organized, friendly, and highly efficient. This is the best service area at any dealership I've dealt with in over 50 years owning cars. They are well-organized, friendly, and highly efficient. The process is thorough and fast, and communication is excellent. My experience has been mainly with Mike Smith, who does an outstanding job in every respect. I bought a new Audi from this dealership mainly because of my positive experience with the service area. More

Most unprofessional group I have ever experienced. I purchased a 2018 Audi A3 as a Christmas surprise for my daughter. I live over 300 miles from the dealership, but in the same state. So I did all t I purchased a 2018 Audi A3 as a Christmas surprise for my daughter. I live over 300 miles from the dealership, but in the same state. So I did all the work over the internet and phone. If it could possibly go wrong it did. I wired funds for the purchase price in full on 12/18/18, they insisted on using their own notary public (even though I am an attorney and have access to multiple Notaries and told them so) to do a remote "closing". I signed everything the same day, but somehow the paperwork was delayed by their own people. Two days after paying and having signed for everything, the purchase price for the car was advertised on line and at the dealer significantly lower than I paid. I literally had purchased the car and then they reduced the price below what they told me was their "absolute lowest permissible price". Of course this was just the first lie I was told. The car remained advertised for sale for almost one week after I had paid for it. I only agreed to buy the car if they guaranteed it would be delivered before Christmas Day. I was told they would absolutely ensure it arrived. This was the next misrepresentation. I was then told the dealership could not make it happen in time so I had to pay for the delivery COD, even though I was promised the dealership would pay for the delivery. Fortunately it did arrive the Saturday before Christmas. However, the car was damaged and before I ever had the opportunity to drive it, I had to make an insurance claim. The car was delivered with absolutely no paperwork or floor mats. I have been promised twice that the mats and papers had been sent via overnight delivery. Another lie. Now it has been three weeks since I purchased the vehicle, I still have not a single document showing I am the owner, no title, not a single document from the dealer and no floor mats. Additionally, I was told one week after closing and having paid for the car that the dealership made a mistake and did not collect enough tax. I have purchased well over 40 vehicles and this experience has been by far the worst experience I have ever endured for a car purchase. The salesman Jim repeatedly misrepresented facts to me, as well as the finance manager Steve Eisenberg. Save yourself the headache and pain. There are much better dealerships. Audi should revoke their franchise agreement. I am writing to Audi next, as I have owned several Audi vehicles and love their products. Read the other poor reviews. This group is exceptionally dishonest, and not worth your money or time. Instead of taking responsibility for their errors, Steve actually told me their mistakes were my fault. DON'T USE THIS GROUP. In fairness to my review, the dealer did agree to refund me the difference in the price I paid and the price they reduced the car to sale for on line. They also agreed to reimburse me for the shipping. I am still waiting on my check, paperwork, and floor mats. Who knows when the damage claim will be resolved. Run as fast as you can away from these people. More
Sold car out from under me during talks. Reached out regarding a used CPO vehicle today and had been in discussions around purchasing said vehicle. The person I was working with sent to have Reached out regarding a used CPO vehicle today and had been in discussions around purchasing said vehicle. The person I was working with sent to have a purchase agreement drawn up only to call me back and tell me that the car had been sold earlier in the day. What the xxxx??? What kind of business are they running? Then I was told "well you didn't put down a deposit" but I was never advised that I should or needed to do so! This is a total crock of xxxx and I would never recommend doing business with this dealership if this is how they treat an obvious buyer. More
Worst experience in 40 years I purchased an Audi from this dealer on August 30 2017 and arranged to have it shipped to me in Colorado. I finally received the vehicle October 7. He I purchased an Audi from this dealer on August 30 2017 and arranged to have it shipped to me in Colorado. I finally received the vehicle October 7. Here is why: The dealer refused to work with my credit union claiming they could not accept a letter of credit and they could not allow my credit unions title department to process the paperwork to get my temporary plates due to Florida law. In reality they just wanted to charge me a few hundred in extra fees. The hurricane delayed the transaction by about a week. After switching to their bank they refused to ship my vehicle until they were funded by the bank. I had never heard of this before and when their bank called me to confirm a few details I told him that I had yet to receive the vehicle. His response was that the dealership would not get their money until I received my vehicle and was completely satisfied. I passed this on to the sales guy. Magically the vehicle shipped the next day. My car finally arrived 6 weeks after purchasing it. But it was missing the temporary plates they made such a big deal about having to do and I discovered another omission - they never told me they did not have a second set of keys. So I had to wait another 3 days for them to ship me the plates before I could drive it. The sales guy apologized profusely for how badly this deal got screwed up and asked how he could make me happy. I suggested an extended warranty to which he replied "be responsible". I think he meant "be reasonable". Fair enough. He also tried to reason with me that the roof rack that was missing from the vehicle that he took off another vehicle and installed on mine in order to get the deal closed was more than enough to make up for failing to disclose the lack of a second set of keys. I called their bank and let them know that I had received the vehicle but was not yet satisfied due to the lack of plates or spare keys. I finally got my plates and took the car for a drive. I then sent a followup text telling him that failing to disclose the second set of keys was not ok, and that I never would have agreed to the deal had I known this information. Later that day I received a call from this sales guy. He asked me if I refused to release the bank funds to which I explained what had transpired. He told me the general manager is beyond angry and that they did not want to do business with someone like myself, and that he tried to make amends but could not (no idea what he actually tried to do other than tell me to be "responsible". He said he would send a truck the next day to pick up the car to which I said fine (which I think infuriated them even more). An hour later he sends me a text message with a completely made up lie about how I was in serious trouble because I told the trucking company that I would not release the vehicle to them and I had a contract. I never received any such call. He reconfirmed the vehicle would be picked up the next day. I asked him for a document confirming my deposit would be refunded upon release of the vehicle to which he never responded. The next morning I called the bank and let them know what was happening. I spoke with someone who wanted to know if I wanted to keep the car or return it. I told him I wanted to keep the car but they wanted it back. I further explained to him that it was his banks advice that created the current situation. He told me if I received the vehicle he could not hold up the funds. I said fine. I sent a final text to the sales guy telling him how poor the experience was and that he knew where to find my if he wanted to make amends. I have not heard back from him. All this over a set of keys. At the end of the day this vehicle which I thought I was getting at a great price has ended up costing me at least $1500 more in various expenses. My advice: If you are considering buying from them factor in the extra costs and see if is really worthwhile. I hope Sam (sales guy) and Steve (finance) enjoy the read. More
