It is nearly impossible to communicate with the service department. They don’t answer phone calls and send text links to make appointments or answer questions. They recommend services that are not necessary on every visit. Last year they told me the front pads were down to 2 mm. I took it to another mechanic who said 6 mm, don’t worry about it. This year my visit to Stuart Audi said require replacement at 4 mm, which is probably correct but not problematic. The battery they wanted to replace 3 years ago is still starting fine. The prices they quote are absurd. They are the only Audi dealer in a vast area, and they take advantage of their exclusivity. If my MA Audi dealer treated me like this, I never would have started buying Audis in the first place. I wish I could give them 5 stars but they don’t deserve the two except that they do appear to competently complete the service work authorized and when you do get to converse with representatives they are courteous and knowlegeable. The problems at this dealership appear to be dictated from corporate policies above employee level. More
