However, this was the first time I was disappointed in the actual service of my car. I came in because I blew out my tire on the highway and needed it changed etc. However, after I was given my car back as I am driving down 95 south the sensors go off due to low tire pressure. The tires were in high 20's and low 30's PSI instead of in the 40-46 range like they are supposed to be. I figured that after service they would be checked. I will continue to go there because they are normally great! More

We went to Audi Stewart because of the stellar reviews. Here's what went wrong; Justin in sales was really good. He was fixated on his cell phone as he shoved papers at us to sigh. In the end he had us make the check out for the wrong amount (paperwork is also incorrect) and after discovering later and calling it to his attention he blamed us for the problem. Buying this new car should have been a good experience but turned sour. We are feeling uncomfortable about going back there for service. More
