Excellent Service Everything at the service center is first class. The appointment schedule is visible when you enter the drop off are with your name displayed. You are greeted by a friendly staff who thoroughly reviews your needs. The waiting area is very comfortable with nice drinks and snacks provided. I was pleasantly surprised how helpful Debra was in explaining the different models. Being a past 6 time BMW guy Audi was a bit new. I bought my first Audi RS5 after about 2 weeks.
