Did not use service center yet. I have not used the service center yet. I am frustrated though. I have tried a number of times to Enroll in my Audi Owner's Portal and have been uns I have not used the service center yet. I am frustrated though. I have tried a number of times to Enroll in my Audi Owner's Portal and have been unsuccessful The app does not recognize my phone number. I have been speaking with our sales person, Louisa who sold us our new Q3, but she has been unable to resolve this. The Audi Sport Specialist, Bryan Bormann, was both thoroughly knowledgeable and very patient while explaining and training. I left my test drive and subsequent training ready to utilize much of the wonderful new technology encased in the vehicle.
