Bought a used 2023 and was advised no paintwork was done to the vehicle. A few days later I discovered there was paintwork done and not done well. I asked for some financial assistance to make things right to the vehicle. A few days later I discovered there was paintwork done and not done well. I asked for some financial assistance to make things right and was advised to handle on my own. Shame on me for not finding the paintwork but shame on the dealer for not standing behind a customer. I will never refer or recommend this stealershio. More

They are deceptive. Salesman was awesome but the finance representative lied to us about the extended warranty. I asked him specifically if it would be an additional cha Salesman was awesome but the finance representative lied to us about the extended warranty. I asked him specifically if it would be an additional charge and he said no. When I got home and reviewed the paperwork I saw the additional charges. We signed the paperwork without really reading or looking because my husband was feeling ill. We told him my husband was a diabetic and not feeling good. My husband even complained about his vision becoming blurry multiple times and he stated all we needed were three more minutes. I was furious when I noticed the additional 3500.00 charge. If I hadn’t been so concerned about my husband, I would have caught the discrepancy in the dealer but I was concerned. We also never saw no manager. Not once did he bother to come over and introduce himself. We will never return to this dealer when we decide to buy another Audi. More

The sales rep was very responsive and polite. The payment options were numerous and fair. The car was delivered and is better than I expected from the photos. They spotted a small chip in the windshield and replaced the windshield free of charge. This is unheard of for a preowned vehicle. I would definitely recommend this dealer. 4.5 stars. If they allow the customer to decline the ceramic coating for $1250, They would get five stars. More
