David suggested leaving our car to see if the dent specialist agreed and that if it was to damaged that he would have our car delivered to Custom Auto Center for a repair quote. It was delivered to Custom and the repair quote was timely. I appreciate the good recommendation, prompt follow up and terrific service. More

Car leaking pink color fluid. This was the second time I have brought my Audi A3 in for a leak. First time was in August...I thought it was the coolant or transmission fluid. I w This was the second time I have brought my Audi A3 in for a leak. First time was in August...I thought it was the coolant or transmission fluid. I was told that under inspection the leak could not be found. I picked up my car, but was still concerned about the leak. I then put a piece of white cardboard type paper under my car! I noticed that it was still leaking.. I brought my car in Nov. 1st with the cut out of the leak! It was pink in color, again. I saw Wyatt. I got a loaner.. they had the car for a few days and pressure tested the car. No leaks. Coolant and all fluids were full and fine. Anyway, the consensus is it may be the windshield/wiper fluid we are using. I guess we were told that the fluid could be splashing into the engine from the headlight washers? I don't understand why this is happening as it never happened on any other Audi's we have own and this is my seventh Audi. I am still not happy that this is happening. When I picked my car up, Wyatt and Mike came out and showed me the coolant level. As far as I am concerned , if this is leaking from a tube from the washers, why can't it be fixed? Wyatt and Mike were very courteous and knowledgeable, but I am still not happy that this is happening. More

Debra Newman was my sales associate and she was very courteous and accommodating. She came in to see me on a day she didn't normally work and was very nice when I came in wanting to see a different vehicle than I had originally told her. She had a very no pressure sales approach which I appreciated and the negotiation went smoothly. I would definitely purchase a car from her again and recommend you ask for her if you visit this location. Unfortunately, my experience with financing was not as pleasant. If I could give Steve 0 stars I would. He was beyond rude and impudent after I declined purchasing any extended warranties to include in the loan. If I didn’t want the car as much as I did I would have left after he condemned me for my choices. I’m in sales as well and understand that this is how he makes extra money but if I ever treated people the way he treated me I wouldn’t have a job. It’s a shame Audi has someone like this man working for them. He truly ruined the whole experience as I left upset rather than happy about my new purchase. More

My salesperson, Luisa Giraldo, was so pleasant to work with and so accommodating that we feel we have a new good friend. My husband did the negotiating and it was fair and, even though I disappeared during that part of the deal making, he was very content and felt we had an exceptional buy. I have had many A4s through the years and I am a good advertisement for your company. I love the car! More
Very efficient Mike was courteous and answered all my questions. Only misstep I experienced was with the valets. I brought my car in for a wash and asked them to check my tire pressure. When I brought the car in for service 3 weeks later I was told the pressure was 28 lbs. The pressure was topped off to approximately 35 lbs. A week prior to the service my warning light went on as I was driving to West Palm indicating my tire pressure was low. Again this was not the fault of the service department. More
