My first Audi of Stuart Experience I started the day intent on learning more about Audi's current models, but I finished it buying a pre-owned A6. Our salesman was Justin Perez who could not have been better. On that basis, I can easily give the dealership 4 stars. He gave me a feel that I was dealing with a first rate dealership. We liked the car we bought, but were in no hurry to close a deal on the spot. It was when we dealt with Wayne Villao that I felt we were being strong armed. In retrospect, I should have avoided that encounter, perhaps my mistake. I am happy with the purchase, but two things bothered me - (1) I had to wait 1 1/2 hours to meet the Finance man who informed me he was taking title to my car that day and effecting a closing. That was unnecessary, but obviously that is the way business is done. (2) They replaced all four tires, which was necessary, but they put on the cheapest tires I could find on line. Again, if I have to replace them in two years, I'll buy Michelin, but that option was not afforded me. I am not at all negative on the dealership, but these two details are niggling experiences. More

I had contacted a number of other Audi dealers attempting to locate a vehicle that met my specifications. He was the only one who took the time and effort to locate a vehicle that met those specifications rather than try to sell me a vehicle that was in stock or a different model. He kept me informed throughout the process. Bryan spent a significant amount of time at delivery insuring I understood not only the technology but also everything I needed to know to fully enjoy the driving experience of my new Q5. In addition, Bryan called me the next day to follow-up and inquire if I had any additional questions and offered his assistance in answering an questions I may have in the future. More
So I made a reservation several days out. At least 4. I mentioned to mike that I have purchased 3 cars from Audi Stuart. An A7 , S5 and Q7. I mentioned that I needed a loaner and that I was thinking of ge mentioned to mike that I have purchased 3 cars from Audi Stuart. An A7 , S5 and Q7. I mentioned that I needed a loaner and that I was thinking of getting rid of the Q7 and would like to try a Q8. He said that he couldn’t offer that and that I could bring the car in in like 3 days. I brought the car in and got a smelly rental Car. I then called to find out when the car would be ready and after asking several questions Mike tells me the car hasn’t gone in yet. They had the car for 1 day at this point. I ask why do you make appointments then ? He says well some people are in greater need to get a quick turnaround, like waiters . Ok. Good. I have purchased 3 cars. The last one the A 7 I paid cash for and I’m still getting letters from Audi wanting aa turn in fee of like $390 and and excessive wear fee of $100. That’s a joke because the car I turned in off a 3 year lease had 20,000 miles and wheel protection. Debra in sales has told us 3 times she would take care of this and we keep getting letters. So suffice it to say I think your whole operation is weak. More
