Not what I thought The service guys were great. My complaint is when I purchased the auto butler service with the car, my understanding was it was a hand detail wash, wa The service guys were great. My complaint is when I purchased the auto butler service with the car, my understanding was it was a hand detail wash, wax and interior detail. In fact, it is a spray on service and machine done process which is not nearly as good as a full detail which is what I expected. Now that I know what it is, I would not have bought the package, I would have had the car done at a detailers because they just do a better job than this. More

Because of a personnel problem, I got no feedback. My car was in to diagnose an oil leak. Somehow my rear shocks were damaged or worn during the diagnose. Service department kept my car for almost a we My car was in to diagnose an oil leak. Somehow my rear shocks were damaged or worn during the diagnose. Service department kept my car for almost a week and a half without letting me know what the delay was about. Somehow no one knew my car was at the dealership's lot. Extremely poor communications. Ultimately the issue was resolved with the service manager agreeing to pickup half of the repair charges. This was so unlike the service I was accustomed to. I love my car and strive to keep it in good shape. More

Audi Stuart was a pleasure to work with. I purchased a pre-loved vehicle from them and they awesome. Nicki was the Sales Professional that assisted me, she went out of her way for me. Justin was great. Steve made us wait 1 1/2 hours. I really did not use the service center. All I did was have the tire pressure fixed upon picking up my car for the first time. Mike was a great salesman and was very patient. Hopefully service department will be as good when needed. I drove a Mercedes for 30 years and finally said no more to Ft Pierce Coggins! they show zero appreci service department will be as good when needed. I purchased a used Nissan Rogue that was listed below the KBB pricing. I normally equate buying a car with going to the dentist for a root canal. At least at the dentist, they numb you for the pain. This visit to Audi of Stuart wasn't that bad at all. I would probably return here to purchase a car in the future. More
